I did not know that! Great to know. I bet having a trusting relationship with a human like this girl may even give them something more to live for. I like to think that anyway!
The little girl is a powerful empath. She is so gentle and able to respond to the bird in a way that respects the bird with their size difference. Shes an animal communicator. So beautiful to see❤
I have noticed, empathic ppl usually get along better with animals, or have animals gravitate to them more than non-empaths. I always say, if animals like you, you cant be all bad. 😊
You have to have a bird brain or any other animal brain to connect with the animals that you want to connect with. So i can honestly say that i connect with all animals and I'm glad to say it because animals are 100% better than 99% of the humans that are in this world right now. 😂
Pie and her human are wonderful together. A lovely friendship. I hope she brings her young for a visit. My mother had a special relationship with Cardinals and they returned to her with their little ones.
Magpies are extremely intelligent. If they feel safe and well fed around a human, it is no surprise they keep coming back and act accordingly. The girl is kind, but it is only the magpie's decision to stay.
@@SilverAuntie - he/she's been "habituated" to humans. Its a problem for wildlife carers. The child is very cute, but there are rules in Australia about not doing this.
Tears wouldn't stop flowing seeing the connection between this girl and Pie. For me, coming across this video was not just a coincidence. Due to several different health issues for the past 5 years, as each day passes, my loneliness and despair, at times, feel almost endless. My love for animals came from my dad, who I so dearly miss. There are so many happy, quirky, funny, loving, and sometimes sad memories that we shared. Unfortunately, life goes too fast or gets in the way that I, too, often forget those memories. Stories like this help snap me out of the everyday problems I sadly let get in my way. The love of a friendship between us and animals is special and unconditional. Thank you, dad, for your love of God's beautiful creatures. I will always cherish the memories!!
@@jamesrobertarchbald6357everyone but you're on the wrong video 📹. Stick to the subject, and the title of this video. This is about an adorable 9yo girl 👧, and the bond she has with a magpie that was half alive. Have a nice day 🕊❤♡🫀♡🕊🙂.
What a sweet story. And the parents can be proud of their children and especially of the daughter in the way that she so compassionately cared for this bird. This is the way humans and wildlife interact calmly peacefully and respectfully.❤
What a beautiful friendship. This little girl is so sweet, I can see why the magpie wants to be friends. She should write a children’s book on her adventures with pie.
It is lovely to see that the children in this family could experience caring for wildlife and understanding this magpie is not a pet to be kept in their house but a wild animal who will leave them. Best result all round. ❤
Pie grabbing the flowers and being on the rafter is almost as close as I’ve heard an Australian magpie (or any) to the BEAUTIFUL SING SONG VOICE THEY CAN HAVE OVER HERE. It’s so rare I can’t find or get audio of it but the Canadian ones once made this gorgeous sound and it makes me so happy!!! I didn’t think it was a distress sound from the youth. But very cool friendship and that girl should know usually you make those for life.
That little girl has experienced something that I think is a spiritual experience... having a wild animal befriend her. I hope her mind can understand just how special her bond is with Pie. We all know Pie will have a family of it's own but will always come back to visit her if she is there.
Great story. We have 2 mobs of Maggie's that come to our house. They all have names and are treated like family, but also respected because they are wild. This young lady has a super big heart and future. From one Aussie magpie lover to another, God bless and keep going.
Incredible, we are so lucky to be able to see this with our own eyes through utube! Does my 78 year young heart good, to see this lovely girl with her lovely bird friend!😊
I started putting out food for Magpies in my backyard. First there were only 3, now I have 11 that visit every day... Very intelligent birds...Love them...!
Sadly I only have one like to give. While most people in Australia live in cities, this is a quintessential Aussie clip, especially the accent and farmland backdrop. What a gorgeous story. Grazie mile!
Children and their innocence make the world a truly magical place🥰Lucy is a little sweetheart! Lord please protect this kid. Actually? NO, protect ALL of your children!❤
I agree ☺. I miss that innocence I once had as a child ☹️. Some people would just Look at me now. Now that I'm an adult and 40. I just turned 40 yo yesterday. Now that I'm an adult and 40 yo people think, *Eww 🤮 a creepy 40 yo man.* I say that because well, that's how I see myself compared to this little girl. Not that I'm creepy but I wish I was 9 yo 😞☹️. Let's face it, a 9 year old little boy or girl is more adorable and wholesome than a 40 yo man 😑. I miss when people used to pinch my cheeks when I was 9 yo ☺️☹️.
This girl is wonderful, gentle and precious with her magpie. I love magpies too; my favourite bird and have had them come in the house; just being curious. Watching this I feel my love for Australia; we are so lucky. A lovely Australian childhood here. Well done mum and dad too
A year plus ago a grown daughter took an injured Magpie out of the road and nursed it back to health over the course of a month plus. Released, the bird came back every few days to visit and have a snack and does to this day. Two months ago my daughter was surprised by seeing the bird fly into a tall evergreen at her house and proceed to feed 5 "babies" nearly full grown but with immature tail feathers.
No, it's interfering with normal Magpie life. Magpie and crow babies fall out of the nest and live on the ground for up to a week until they learn to fly. The parents come around and feed them. If you see one on the ground, it's likely not lost or abandoned. It's normal.
What a wonderful relationship this little girl has with her pie. This exceptional little girl perfectly understands the boundaries with her wild magpie. Such a beautiful little clip to watch. ❤❤❤❤
