Players win games not coaches, pay players coaches are a dime a dozen and all of them are good, players are everything one season of trick plays don’t impress me, Baker willing his team is all i need to know as long as we got players it will be ok

This is the man who deserves to be head coach because without him this team wouldn't even be in the playoffs and that is not an opinion it's a fact. But i don't expect the glazers to make a smart and intelligent decision to promote liam cohen to head coach because they haven't made a smart and intelligent decision in nearly 5 years since they signed the G.O.A.T tom brady.
Great interview! The Bucs have been actively trying to improve the OL and the running game by recruiting (Licht) and coaching (Canales). Coen has brought in a scheme that is innovative and involves Baker’s decision making at the line. It’s a great formula that can be built on even if Coen leaves, but hopefully he stays, imo. LGBUCS
Canales was great for us last year and he was hired as a head coach even though we finished the season with some negative on offense (running game). Coen absolutely maximized this offense (shout out to Jason Licht for putting together an all time draft class) upgrading the offense this year and reaching new heights. Surely he will be a head coach somewhere else next year as well as Greenberg a GM. But selfishly I hope they don’t get hired 🤣. Or stay because they love it here. Much love ❤️
All the things Liam is saying about how to deal with how physically Baker plays the game, are all things Cleveland had no clue how to handle. Plus the Browns failured to design an offense that meshed with Mayfield's skill-set and "play-action" playing style.
Please stay in tampa and shadow bowls next year. Learn everything u can about being a HC, u can even coach a preseason game to get the feel. In 2026, bowls contract will be done and u will be ready to take the reins...

Love Liam hate to see him leave if he goes, but I know he wants to be a head coach. If he does leave I'd love to see him go to Jacksonville. He wouldn't have to travel that far and maybe he can reinvigorate Trevor Lawrence's career. Also AFC South division is completely up in the air, very winnable division. Whatever he decides to do wish him the best. The guy has been phenomenal this year for us and I know he can succeed as the head guy.
