Obviously, you're thinking about the starter rail, right? For the starter rail you should use a detector rail. I mean the booster rails throughout the track.

Pi just use a chest mine cart in the crafting table do the mine cart on bottom and 1 chest in top it will be quicker for the stuff to get there
