A powered rail every 15 blocks or so is enough, more where there's slopes. Put the restone torch below the powered rail for neater look.

To put a a lot of light around and so that way mobs don't spawn it go to the top of a small tree a place glowstone right on top of the wood and the replace the leaves.

For each level of of power on a bow it adds an extra half a heart to one and a half hearts. At a minimum it ads one half heart. Its the same concept with sharpness
