That was 20 years ago.
It's beatable. Chemo was pretty tough, though. Hang in there....
Always haul a 2 foot 6 by 6 when you are pulling a trailer with tandems.. flat tire, drop block infront of good tire drive foward. Boom.. instant jack

Yup that trailer is ghetto , when you were swapping out the tire I was looking at the open bearing hubs with no caps …. Grease gets warm on highway and runs out the hub and failure will surely happen . Unless it’s equipped with nev-R-lube hubs with sealed bearings but I have my doubts ….. up here in B.C the salt and moisture that open hub would last 20minutes I’m not sure about down south but y’all got lots of dry sandy goodness to contaminate your setup as well …. Sucks to lose a tire , worse to lose a hub / bearing , wheel and maybe torch the spindle when she lets goo !

Because of your Rudicon and Matt's Banana I miss my 1999 XJ my girlfriend called Shrek. I would go around helping people that would get stuck in the snow during the New England winters. My girlfriend totaled it 3 years ago when she fainted behind the wheel due to low blood sugar and plowed into a pickup truck parked on the side of the road. Thank God she wasn't hurt is all that I cared about, the vehicles were the only casualties. As for which rims I like it would be the black, I'm not a big fan of chrome because it's hard to keep looking good. EJS looks like a lot of fun to me, someday I'll have to check it out for myself.

I understand your need to do things inexpensively as possible, but your time is money always carry a spare on the trailer and jack on the trailer just for the trailer! My dad had a single axle trailer and we sat along side the road for two days waiting for the weekend to end so he could buy tire & jack and lug nut wrench!

Black is over done and worn out. The Rudicon looks so good with those wheels and the cage painted. Leave it alone and film it more!
Good vid. From my experience, once you blow one tire, the other is so over-loaded that it will fail sooner than later.
Janelle has great finesse when navigating the rocks. She just needs to get more comfortable and she's got this.

The key to driving the climb at 16:53 is to keep your *momentum* throughout the climb; don’t hesitate when the back axle gets to the steeper part. A tiny instant BEFORE the rear tires hit the up-slope, increase your rpms just enough to maintain (or very slightly increase) your speed without spinning the tires, and keep moving smoothly through the remainder of the climb.

I like the aluminum wheels without the black, but you could always paint some purple in the center to really make them pop.
Gotta go with the chrome wheels on the Rudicon, black is overdone these days and visually kinda "meh".
Definitely not black sick of seeing black rims on everything but that's just my opinion
Weight distribution may have been better if you backed the first rig on so the weight of the motor and transmission is further back toward the trailer axles…?

Everybody says you must run trailer tires on a trailer but overy other day i see a video of a trailer tire blowout and never any of car/ truck tires blowing out. Iv been running them for 30 years. Usually old and cracked too. Never a problem. I run them till they dont hold air they are so dried out. Which is more unsafe? Its a conspiracy I tell you.
I dig chrome nice touch on the Rudy con. Also may I suggest a locking gas cap so you don’t get any more sugar in your tank? I have a problem with my gas disappearing. It’s amazing how much more gas mileage I get in my car now since I put a locking gas cap on my car looking out.
Don’t buy trailer tires get 14 ply I think it’s load range E all season pick up tires they last longer and best of all they usually DONT pop
That’s why you use a freaking torque wrench case and point then a little down the road ya hit them again with a torque wrench again just sayin bud
It was the bolts for the rim locks that were loose, not the lug nuts.
I can't imagine going off road without an air compressor. A Tire plug repair kit is always good to have as well.
