Im very impressed with the professionalism this company portrays and wouldn't think twice about working for or hiring them. This should be the bare minimum standard for security companies in my opinion.

I do agree with officer safety for the use with the police interceptors. I work campus safety and one night there was an occupied vehicle in the campus lot in the corner. There were no other vehicles in the lot. My department uses police interceptors for our patrol vehicles. As i entered the lot, the driver saw me from all the way across the lot and left on their own. The phrase "work smarter not harder" came to mind when i knew why my department purchased the interceptors. 👍

While I agree that the FPIU and its competitors are among the best choice for this type of work, the livery chosen by CWPS does convey similarities to municipality and government vehicles and does not appropriately convey that they are private security. The words "security patrol" are far too small and seems to be that way to get by with state regulations. As much as I dislike Arcadia, I agree with their usage of large "SECURITY" titles along the sides. They still convey the look of authority and very clearly convey that they aren't police officers. If I saw a CWPS vehicle in a random parking lot I would almost immediately assume that they are a city vehicle, based on the common theme of a city seal and a stripe along the sides of city vehicles along the western US. It's not as bad of an offender as companies who use "PATROL" in big letters, but I think more could be done to ensure that the line isn't blurred.
Bottom line - they could keep their current look, but by just changing "CWPS" to "SECURITY" on that front fender, it would unblur the line a ton while keeping the clean and simple livery.

I appreciate him for sharing knowledge about his trade. Not many companies are willing to do that.

I like their patrol units. I also agree the lettering is too small. I believe Private Security or Private Patrol must be placed on all 3 sides of the vehicle (rear, right/left). Either way, easy fix. I agree a more professional LEO appearance helps with deterrence of criminal activity and command presence. In general with over 20 years of security service in CA from patrol, events, High Profile Executive protection and Director of Security operations, I support CWPS in its operational standards and appearance. Great Job guys!

I see the security vehicle as a deterrent that prevent and minimize, to a degree, criminal activity. They look sharp, professional and appear to be a company that takes observe and reporting to a new height.

CPSS has a Honda Odyssey as a marked patrol unit with lights on it, I’m guessing that Justin would think my car looks like a cop car too 😂😏

I don’t know. Before I posted this video, everyone on the channel had an equal opportunity to ask me any question you wanted me to ask them. Only one person responded. That question was asked on camera.

I agree with the company owner, and I’m glad that he is proud of his business, but to say that nobody else in California has the vehicles set up the way that he does professional wise is definitely nowhere near true, look into IPS security, which is a great company that looks exactly like their cars and you can even look into “gates security”, which I hate that company but their vehicles look just as professional, same with “black knight patrol”, so to say that he’s the only one that does, this is far from true… I completely agree with the vehicles having spotlights, push bars and all that, but the only thing I don’t agree with this company is the fact that security patrol on the side of their vehicle is in such small lettering that it’s not visible from 50 feet, which is against BSIS regulations which I’m surprised you did not talk about and by technicality which I think is a very dumb rule but spotlights is also not in regulation with BSIS which again I’m surprised you did not point out. I love the professionalism of the company owners vehicles, although without the proper security labeling, it enables security officers that work for them to possibly go above, and beyond the scope of security work, because they know they might possibly get away with it, I am a firm believer of having security written on the vehicles in bold lettering that is visible to the public to know the difference between a police officer or a security officer, yes, they may not have black and white units, but most of the public do not know the difference, sometimes you get random agencies from different counties or states that will drive through with different colored vehicles, and I feel like the public might get confused on whether or not these are police officers or have police powers, do to the fact that you can barely see “security patrol”

I believe he was referring to the MDC system; not the patrol unit. You guys are more than welcome to criticize what you see on video. Like I mentioned on several videos, I’m not going to criticize anyone that invites me in their office unless it’s some totally out of the ordinary. If I do that, no one is going to want me to visit. As for the 50-feet wording rule, you are well educated on that. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately, that vehicle code section can easily be contested and won by making an easy argument that I won’t disclose on camera (BSIS monitors my videos and we don’t need them to complain to the state legislature)

@@crimbullet yeah I completely understand that I bet nobody would want you to come over and review them if you’re going to get nitpicky I personally don’t like that rule anyways so I don’t mind you not calling it out, but I just re-watch the video and he said there aren’t any other companies that come even close to how his vehicles look, which is just so not true I literally work with a company that has the exact same vehicle set up in Southern California. But I’m glad he’s happy with his vehicles. They do look very professional. Seems like a pretty good company.

Why do you say I agree with the mentality remind set behind the strategy of the vehicles themselves as a footnote though, UC Berkeley police cars look very similar to the vehicle with the blue stripe
