No president can do that without over whelming control of both HOUSE & SENATE in large enough majority #s to get laws passed. We didn't give Biden that his 1st term. If we do, all damage can be undone, including GETTING RID OF FILIBUSTER, SUPREME COURT REFORM, REMOVING 2 SUPREME COURT JUDGES & INCREASING TO 12 JUDGES. all those must be done in that order. Then we would have Supreme Court majority of 8 to 4 instead of only 5 to 4 which could easily flip back to GOP being in control again. If we don't increase court #s the GOP will ASAP. After all that's done, will be the only time we will be able to get Roe v Wade back, Presidental immunity over turned, Gun control passed & GET RID OF ELECTORAL COUNT SYSTEM! The Extreme Court has ventured into the Legislative Realm as it is not in their power to write law, only to interpret. The Constitution prohibits most of the permissions they advocate and therefore they are breaking The Law. They are thus now subject to indictment and prosecution. It seems pretty clear to me.
