She’s trying to appear as pro-Trump as she possibly can while delaying as long as possible, so that when she finally gets removed from the case the MAGA lunatics don’t come after her with shotguns.
Here’s what gets me. Being retired Navy, if it were me that had been caught with the amount of documents or even one of the documents he had in his possession, I wouldn’t see daylight outside of a prison for years. How is it that, him, the former “commander and chief” is able be held at a different standard than those that he oversaw? He needs to be held accountable.
Remember this and remind voters who want Donald Trump promoted to the Presidency again. Our national security, which keeps us safe, was put in danger by Donald, the traitor.

Why shouldn't Cannon be charged with perversion of justice or obstruction? Her actions were originally seen as just "bias" or "incompetence," but it has become painfully obvious that she's acting on Trump's behalf, not to see that justice is done. She shouldn't just be kicked off the case, which is hugely serious and must be handled competently soon, but she should be charged as well. She's a joke and she's proving that entire justice system is a joke, too.

I am a retired lawyer in Australia. I can honestly say that most of the shenanigans/motions by trump in each of trump's trials - civil and criminal - would not be taken seriously by any judge here. They would be dismissed immediately with no hearing and no delay. Even SCOTUS is really considering whether there is presidential immunity. This is astoundingly obtuse. Two civil cases in the highest court in two states in the US have stated trump is an insurrectionist. The Jan 6 enquiry sheeted responsibility to trump for that assault on democracy. The US has the federal Insurrection and Rebellion Act - yet no one has charged him. Judge Merchan warned trump over and over again about breaches of the gag order but trump ignored that and breached the order ten times. Merchan did nothing. We don't bother any more looking at any US cases as persuasive precedent. Trump is an obvious disgrace yet millions of Americans still support him - including many, many lawyers and judges. He might be re-elected. In Australia most people I know don't think much of the US any more.

The biggest evidence for INTENT is Evan Corcoran's notes/tapes and grand jury testimony. If she denies that into evidence, then that would be somewhat problematic.
That would be actually ruling on something . . . so she won't.

The speech and debate clause needs to be amended and citizens United repealed. Our public servants should be under oath while representing us and the bribe funded lie machine dismantled. I mean, I know she's proceeded in an odd way but she's a judge and from my uneducated viewpoint, deserves the benefit of a doubt. It's possible she's waiting on that decision. Why spend taxpayer money if you don't have to? I don't know.. Seems plausible.

Obstruction of justice.
Actually it's that the prosecution has the facts & the law on their side that seems to cause Cannon's little tirades. She seems to get upset when her plans get deflated and she realizes they have her in the corner of ruling the right way or get appealed & removed. Hence the continued delay because it's the best she can do for Trump right now in her view.
Cannon won't work with the Magistrate judge, because someone will know EXACTLY what she's doing...😡
I believe at this point all Cannon can do is delay and obstruct, Jack Smith is a masterful lawyer, coming from the Hague he's seen alot judicially. He has her at check at every turn, she can't afford one mistep on an official ruling and she knows this, i think that's also why we see more hostility towards the DOJ and Jack Smith increasing. She's in way over her head at this point and is beginning to really feel the heat having to apease Trump at every turn while trying to stay on this case. She's not smart enough or experienced enough to maintain this, its only a matter of time before she's removed. We all know it's already way past due.
The Hague is not United a stated law however. Apples to oranges.

This debacle is entirely on the 11th Circuit. The undeniable Conflict of Interest in which he appointed her in and of itself is solid Grounds to refuse her appointment but they also had the hind sight of her illegal exercise of Equitable Jurisdiction which also demonstrates an unwillingness to behave in an impartial or even reasonable manner. They knew all of these things walking in the door, and yet they still allowed this contortion of the Law to continue unabated for the sake of optics.
