know whats really bad.. people won't wash under their vehicle or in the wheel wells.. they start rusting and then they won't take the time to spray some rust converter on it and then a cheap can of spray paint.. I grew up in the rust belt and there are two types of vehicle owners.. ones that just want to turn the key and drive and those that do these things because you have to if you expect your vehicle to last.. and one afternoon and $25 in supplies every spring or fall is not asking much.. its less than an oil change and don't spray oil on your car's underside or sheep wax.. use spray paint and a wire wheel and some rust converter. and your car will last 30 years

There is a video on youtube showing the admixture of transmission fluid, PB blaster, and dawn soap for rust prevention I recommend. There are also lots of other great coatings such as Krown rust protection coating. I did see a video on rust prevention where a guy experimented with various anti-rusting materials on the undercarriage of his truck. What I found to be quite interesting was the gel form lithium grease that you get in a tube, his test it held up surprisingly well, he did a 5 year test comparing various rust prevention treatments, and the thick gel coating of lithium grease held up the best of all of them. That is probably what I am going to do, first a treatment of the fluid rust prevention mixture, and then slather on the gel form lithium grease afterwords and see how it holds up. Of course, with any gel coating comes the kick-up of dirt and salt getting stuck to it, but what's important is the moisture is kept out no matter how dirty it looks, keeping out the moisture and contaminants out is what is important.

+D G We wouldn't be able to diagnose an issue like that here, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it. Thanks for checking us out! 1aau.to/m/Shop-1AAuto-c
