I actually followed along and paused the video to keep up. I could feel the muscle working when I took my time and didn't rush. It was a change of pace from all the others that just rush right through the workout. Thanks Obi. ✌️😁
Why not do bigger weight on some lifts? You can definitely build both back and forearm strenght by using a bigger dumbell row weight, the benefit would later translate into better grip for pullups, and more compound strength, the body is a kinetic chain once one part gets stronger the other parts soon follow, that is why i prefer to overload some muscles, would later make the lighter squeezing sets really easy to push to fail with good form.

And im all for being a form addict too, but sometimes it is not needed or could even slow down your strength and size progress.
