I love mine, Did a MSI Z790i, 13700K, I did however use a Phanteks AIO fewer cables to deal with and looks great too. PSU was Phanteks 850w that has the 12VHP port for the 4080 Founders card I used, less cable clutter. You did a fantastic job on your build, Thank You! 👍👍👍👍
I love the choice of background music. It created a much better mood for watching a build than techno music that some channels use. Good job on the build.
I like the size of this case, but dealing with the cable management mess and positioning the CPU cooler is a real PITA. I think I'll go with the CM NR200 instead. Thanks for making this video!

Very well done sir! My cable management is horrendous in my A4 H20 compared to this hahah I should’ve followed this video before I started building! Subbed!
I rebuilt my personal rig with both the same case and same power supply, so I can personally confirm that this person used the stock power cables that came with the PSU. The 24-pin is actually the perfect length for that case, the CPU power is a good length too (I routed mine a bit differently than they did in the video, but it's plenty long enough), and the PCIe cables it comes with are quite long for where the GPU is mounted. Personally, I went and ordered 2 8-pin power cables from CableMod for my build; I ordered 200mm lengths, but honestly they're still a little too long even at that length, so I'd get as short as 150mm 8-pin cables if you want to do this build yourself. Hope this helps even though I'm a little late :) EDIT: I checked the user manual for specific lengths of each of the included cables here: www.corsair.com/ca/en/p/psu/cp-9020186-na/sf-series-sf750-750-watt-80-plus-platinum-certified-high-performance-sfx-psu-cp-9020186-na#tab-downloads
How did it work to wrap the power cable around the back of the MB, was there a safe are you were able to avoid to get it done easily? Also how did you manage to not have any power cables cramming against the GPU? (Just built one myself and I was not able to route anything easily).
Great vid and build. I have a build in this case. Such nice and pretty straightforward in building in. Did take a while but I wanted it to be nice and clean.
Would this still be a viable build for a VR gaming system today? Steam VR came out, and I experimented with it using one of my gaming rigs hardlined to my internet + Meta Quest headset. Worked really well. Ideally I'd have the gaming rig in my office space/room and hardlined to the router/internet there. But, idiot apt complex has the internet outlet only in the living room. I don't want a big-ass gaming rig sitting by the tv, and it looks ginourmous in our entertainment center. I'd rather have a more compact build and keep the gaming rig back in my office where I do singleplayer gaming on. So, was giving serious consideration to making a mini-ITX build to make a pseudo VR console gaming rig for the living room. I've got an RTX 3060 sitting around, so guessing I'd just need the rest of the parts. Just wondering if better mobos, cpu's, etc have come out that would upgrade this build to be better. (If the mini-ITX works out well, was thinking of also doing an RTX 4080 in it. Would that be possible in a mini-ITX? This is the first time I've ever thought of dabbling in mini-ITX).
By the way could you please tell why you chose Corsair AiO? Would you consider some other options, if so which ones? The pump block appears to be very bulky in such a tight place, but you placed it perfectly!
I liked the look of it and found a good deal on it used. I tried an EK 240mm AIO since everyone uses those in this case, but I couldn't get it to look clean in the case, and the RGB fans didn't function properly. I would suggest getting the EK Basic 240mm AIO however.
I wanted a case this side and was going to wait for the A3-mAtx. Then I decided I want a full size psu and no riser cable. So I design and 3D printed my own case. Great build though.
Hello, nice build u done there. Got some question, im using the same case and my mobo is strix b660-i. I tried to copy your method for hiding the 8pin cable, but my backplate is slightly thicker and cause the mobo to lifted up abit, and when I try to tighten the screws it causes the mobo to bend. Did u bend aswell?
GPU stays around 70°C during gaming. The CPU is around 85°C and noisy, so I wouldn't go with such a hot chip in this case. During benchmarks the CPU gets into the 90's quickly.
I would really like to know why the insistence on using a split jack on the panel, what is the purpose of this if practically any gaming headphone has a USB connection and if it happens to be 3.5mm, they all come with their own split jack. What ends up happening is if you are going to use a P3 headphone you will have to use a split jack which in itself is mediocre, imagine in a case that costs 200usd.
ITX case builders have a problem... With these new GPUs, the cases will no longer be abled to be classified as ITX cases since they're going to have to be much bigger.
I am sold, i watched the entire build. I want SFF for my semi truck. Only would like a 4 Vram slot motherboard and plenty of rgb like a nightclub. Any suggestions?
@@cokeforeverHe chose the AIO, as most people building in this case do, simply because air cooling the CPU isn't really great in this case, it's designed for this kind of configuration. A dual block AIO might work but you have to consider how difficult it would actually be to fit in this case. Even a custom loop might do better in this. AIO CPU + Air cooled GPU is a proven combo in this case and yields good enough thermals.
Sorry for the long wait everyone! I will be uploading more often, so make sure to subscribe to see more builds!
could you possibly mount a bottom fan in this case under the gpu?
Maybe you could tape down a little 80mm fan in there depending on which graphics card you have. Not sure.
Glad to hear, your build videos are so relaxing.
@@Subdubbin In a few days I will also be making a4-h2o and I'm wondering if it's safe to run cables from behind the motherboard?
