Hi Kevin I like your parakeet you have on your shirt it looks cool just wanted to let you know the superbox is down and when you go into the app store it's not there anymore the super box elite ultra and the one that you're advertising right now I'm looking at that one's down they're all down they don't know when it's going to be up or it might not come up so those boxes are only going to have blue TV vod and backup a lot of people purchase it after they watched your video and her contacting me and they're very upset that was supposed to be one of the best boxes to super elite ultra now it looks like it isn't the applications have been removed on the elite and super box is not getting back with me do you know anything about what it's going to be running again I purchased two of them already the superbox elite ultra so I can start filming on my RUclips channelI was showing how to use it like you're doing all the steps how to do it but make sure you don't open up the apps cuz I got red flag one time but I showed all the pictures on the box I had about 55 pictures but I didn't realize when I got upset a little bit I took them down and I thought I can get in touch with all the people of contact me and someone said I cannot be done on RUclips on the videos I just got done making right now it looks like I'm the only one on RUclips is showing what the box is really doing right now they usually go down for about 2 days it's been 3 weeks then they told me if you bought a brand new one this is what you're going to get but if you had the box a little longer like I had mine for 2 months but I was going by the owner's manual they said I did a factory reset and now it doesn't show anything but that doesn't make sense cuz the people bought it it doesn't show anything either you can't even find the elite ABS at your showing on your website so please let me know when it's going to be start running you keep the good work up try toI had over 2000 people and call me that's why I took some of the videos about showing what the box did because everybody was getting angry about it there was some nice people about it but then there was some bad people but I like to associate with the good people for being nice those people I made the videos with the boxes doing I'm trying to get all the people on RUclips the film what's going on because I'm the only one that's doing it and it's hard for me to do that all the time cuz I'm taking a lot of calls every single day I don't know if you got any calls about the superbox elite ultra I do not get paid for doing this I was just trying to help the people and then I watch your videos and other people's videos and then my videos go up but I have lost 250 people I pulled off my channel I hope they come back soon I didn't know when you pulled the videos down you were going to lose all the people in the background I tried to get them back but it does not work all I keep telling everybody soon as it comes up I'll start filming a video but I need other people support the show the same thing what's going oncuz a lot of people say it's not worth it because of that one problem but I like the super box elite ultra it was a real good box at that time but now it's making bad publicity buy them shutting it down the app that is what I heard from some sellers the app got shut down or it's up for maintenance but it usually doesn't take that long and told me that they couldn't find the problem how how to fix it I think if they go into the RAM updater and update the box then maybe everything will come back on but I tried that it did not work when I bought the box I went into the ram updater like you so they said there was no updates but still running good so if that's the case all they have to do is go into the RAM updater and update it but they don't want to do that if they did maybe it will start working okay Kevin catch you later this is scooter Steve from RUclips🎉🎉🎉😢

I really like the EPG and how fast everything loads. How many hours ahead does the EPG list shows? The streaming box I have only lists the next four shows and I wish it would go further in case there’s something I would like to record while I’m at work
Also, how often do the Superbox streaming boxes update? The one I have states there will be no more updates after October 2023
Looks like the epg goes days in advance, it's really good as far as epg goes. As far as updating, i'm not sure as everytime you into the app it's loading.

So, I know you said there is no security issues with this, but I am highly thinking about using a VPN . People seem to be about 50/50 on the matter. I am worried about my IP provider banning or slowing me down. Whats your take? Vpn or no? If so which Nord VPN packet is suitable for this device? They have too many lol. Superbox just got here today.
I generally don’t use a vpn with the boxes as they use a MAC address on the box for the service included. I could try my IPvanish vpn on it later to see how it works and let you know?
But can't we do the see if we had the APK for the app? This is just an android box running one app. The app (APK) can be installed on any android box that is twice as fast and half the price.
