Just got my box and setting it up. When I go to the App Store I don't see the green App Store Icon only displays the Play Store icon. I hit the add button but still don't see it. What must I do to add the App Store? Thanks
Do a factory reset and the app should be back, sometimes you have to leave it a few minutes with an internet connection for the mac address to be registered and for it to work as it should
@MATECH what's the best loaded box for someone thats looking to watch sports s PPV like Boxing, UFC & WRESTLING & local & premium channels like HBO SHOWTIME paramount stuff like that what would you suggest?
For just US sports and local channels any of the boxes will do as they all have that content, if you did want other packages then you need one of the “elite” boxes (albeit their packages are reduced currently). My advise is speaking to the sellers and checking to see what they guarantee and which packages are add ons.
Are ALL of the listed channels completely free, including NFL games, or do you have to subscribe to the NFL Game Pass? Same question to HBO, ESPN, and all other ordinarily pay channels etc?
The blue apps will be exactly the same. The VOD should have subtitles if you go to the settings cog in the top right when playing content. You can do the same on bluetv but I’m not sure if it gives you subtitles on live tv or not.
I’m trying to get a review unit for the elite ultra but the issue for UK viewers may be isp block requiring a VPN. I did have the backup tv installed but don’t usually add it to the Home Screen, content is all the same from what I could see anyway.
All those apps are gone on the Elite? I'm glad I went with the vSee Elite because I also almost went with the superbox. Vsee Elite added most of the apps back and they actually work even better now
Nope, the box is capable of 4K but the channels still come down to the server that’s outputting it and we have no control over that. For better quality it would need to be an elite box as they have more packages that do offer better quality albeit you won’t find many that are 4K that you’d actually watch (only ones I remember was a stocks update channel that was in 4K).
Great video! Do you need a box for each TV? or can you load the program on a firestick?
This is a standalone device, apps are locked to the MAC address of the device in order to work.
This is a great TV Box it has a lot of shows that my husband and I love i especially blue vod where there are a lot of good movies

Everything in the blue apps is free, that’s why the box costs more than standard boxes because it’s a one off payment.
Does the S5 Pro have captions for the hearing impaired in both BlueTv and BlueVod. The S3 Pro does not.

I assume you're using this box in the UK and if you are, may I ask if you're using a VPN and is it necessary to use VPN
For blue apps you don’t need a VPN.
For the SuperBOX elite ultra you will need a VPN for certain “premium” apps but not all of them.

I had the 4pro but I am upgrade to elite ultra way better also had multview plus 13 more app the. Just the 4 how come you did not install backup tv

Can you program the box's remote to the TV?
It does give instructions on how to do it but as u use universal smart remotes I didn’t programme it myself.
