I think you'll need at least a 1m long bolt cutter for a class 2 lock if you're strong enough. The longer the handles are, the more chances you have to succeed. Though a bolt cutter could as well be insufficient. If the metal is too strong or too thick, your best chance will be with a disc cutter. Most of the time you won't find any weak point on this kind of lock, so just cut directly the metal hoop.

If you’re cutting padlocks though you should use a 24 inch pair or a 36 inch pair 14 inch ones are used for cutting fence wire lighter stuff.

It depends on what the bolt, lock, etc is made out of. A hard alloy might eat your bolt cutter for lunch. Too many variables.

I thought that you were going to demonstrate how that bolt cutter can or cannot cut U-locks like Kryptonite type of locks, but then you did not.
It can't unless you've got a huge pair with ridiculously sharp and very very strong blades. A bearing splitter is the only way to break most U locks

It cuts eaily because it's hard. So it snaps under force. Rust really has no effect and thats barely any rust
