Thank you for this great video tutorial! I made one in white and teal. One thing I noticed with the border - when I did the three DC then ch 1, the sides had a small gap. I undid the border and did three DC, no ch 1, and the gap is gone. :) I am going to make more of these - thank you again!

As a very experienced crocheter I'm happy to find a quick video that gets to the point and doesn't explain every single stitch! I watched it and am excited to startI love this top and I'm making a purple ombre one tomorrow! ❤ but I can imagine when I was starting I would've been completely lost as well just a pointer to repeat the repeat a few times not jump straight into it as some arent as experienced

Hi I love this tutorial... however, I have 1 chain left for the first row of dc. I do the ch21 plus 2 ... 23 total. Then I dc in the 3rd ch from the hook... 10. Then in the 11th ch I do 3dc.... then I find that I have 11 ch left instead of 10. I would end up with 24 instead of 23.
Is there suppose to be 10 dc on either sides of the cluster.. hence 23?
Is the first dc counted towards the first 10?
