There are many different ways to break the pressure of an opposing team and successfully attack. This video focuses mainly on one possible solution - a “player’s rotation” in the midfield; explaining when, how and why to practice it.
More than just a specific movement, this video also lays out one of the main concepts of the methodology, “Soccer Powered by Futsal,” - the idea of developing players’ capacities to connect with each other even before receiving the ball, creating dynamics that can be useful in a variety of scenarios.
If you are a coach, this video may give you some ideas regarding how to apply similar concepts, but using different movements and scenarios.
If you are a player, this video may inspire you to develop your capacity to read everything around you and combine off the ball with your teammates, becoming a more dynamic and effective player.

Midfield rotation is very effective and hard to defend. When done effectively, it creates a lot of numerical advantage situations and a lot of confusion for the defending team. Finally, when it becomes fluid, it develops players' creativity and combinations in the middle and final third.
