Nora, the Oregon Zoo's newest polar bear, is spotted splashing around in a kiddie pool full of ice cubes. Nora was born November 6, 2015 at the Columbus Zoo and has moved to the Oregon Zoo fall of 2016. Video courtesy The Oregon Zoo.
