You came from the streets, doesn't matter! It served you well. You are a born hustler. You transferred that hustler mentality into the real estate market. A lot of people are yet to realize that to be real successful in business you have to learn and then master how to SELL, SELL, SELL. Sell the product yes, but FIRST sell yourself as someone serious! Business school don't teach you that!!!!! How to approach people builds self confidence and if you really have to sell in order to eat THEN you're gonna learn real quick!!!!
I got my lessons selling on the streets too, all legal stuff, only for a year BUT now i look back, it has been the most valuable lesson i learned so far in life. NOTHING beats getting out there and selling.
Congrats Jay, you learned your lessons well! May God continue to bless you in all your endeavors.

Id like to thank you for opening my eyes on homeownership. People have been telling me that i should buy my own property instead of renting, i wish i would have done this along time ago but its never to late!

Good video so let’s say you finance and have a private lender, once you flip the home and make a profit I’m presuming you pay off the loan and then go right in and with the profit invest in another and take out another Loan?

Why the tile of the video always say no cash or credit, but jay just said he had good credit to get a lone which most of the people look at the video or trying to get in real estate not working with good credit or could find some family member or friend to lend them money just for the repair. Please stop titling the videos no credit smh.
