My knees were both bone on bone. I was in great pain and found I could not walk more than 300 ft without sitting down. I was very over weight. Dr Harwood told me he could replace my knees and make me mobile again pain free but I had to loose the weight. That was just over 2 years ago. I lost just about 200 lbs using WW’s phone app and just completed my second knee replacement. He gave me my life back. Thank you Dr Harwood

My left knee is bone on bone and my right is not far behind. I am very overweight and will also need to lose at least 150 lbs. before I can have the surgery. My weight loss journey is just beginning.
