QUESTION OF THE DAY: Are you a fan of gas leaf blowers, battery, or electric? Does this LeafJet meet all your expectations? Would you make any changes to it?
I wish there was a way to lock the turbo button so you don't have to keep pushing it and tires your thumb out after 15 minutes, also didn't see you testing actually blowing leaves in a lawn verse on a hard surface like a cement patio.
If you're on Instagram, check me out there in the next 12 hours. I'll post a vertical video featuring cleanup on the lawn. The turbo button lock is a nice idea. Fortunately, it doesn't take much pressure to hold it down.
@@MarkThomasBuilder Will do, as soon a I figure out what Instagram is. BTW, I was watching Home Alone, I recorded a few days ago on my satellite and it went to commercial that was about a snow joe, and I was sort of watching it, when low and behold, I thought I saw you. I rewound it back and sure enough. Mark Thomas Builder. RUclips star and now cable TV commercial actor. How KOOL!
And then the wind blows and voila, all your work is totally undone. Why are y'all so stupid! You want to vacuum up and pulverise as many leaves as you can, REMOVING them from your area, not just PUSH them around! 🤣 SO STUPID!
Yeah, I know what you mean. The skinny stick part gave me a first impression that it wasn't heavy duty. I was pleasantly surprised with the powerful blowing force.
Hi Mark! Haven’t been ‘in the loop’ for awhile, due to recovering from Covid. This little blower is real interesting and a very unique design. It looks like it would be a lot easier to handle vs other blowers. Not for me, but I think the typical homeowner, especially in a suburban setting, would benefit from this. Me, I always come back to my M18 Gen 2 Fuel blower. With a 12.0 battery, it’s a little heavy, but I typically get 25-26 minutes runtime, max, on the highest setting. That gets me all the way down my rural driveway, which is packed gravel. The Milwaukee seems to be a good balance of power and run time. Having said that, I’d love to have a bit more power, as the Milwaukee will struggle some with wet leaves, or clearing out the ditch on one side of the driveway. Lowe’s has the 40 Volt back pack on sale now, and the GreenWorx looks to be a good performer. Yup, I’m hinting at what could be your next review! 🤔😃🙄😂 Hope you and yours are doing alright. Have a great Thanksgiving Mark, and all you fellow Tubers! 👍👍👍👍👍✌🏻😁🇺🇸🔨
Thanks George, great hearing from you. I also have the M18 Fuel Blower and it works well with that 12Ah battery. The WORX has 170 more CFM which is noticeable when I clean my Cub Cadet mower after a 1 hour mowing. I'd like to test a few more units, like the one you suggested. I'll see what I can do in the upcoming lawn season. Cheers!
We just bought one to replace our 5-year-old EGO 650 CFM blower. we are 72 and the EGO was just too heavy the 5-year-old battery is acting up and a new replacement is $300. That made our decision easy.
Does the claimed CFM seem fairly accurate compared to other similar blowers you have used? Like the size and simplicity and thinking of using one to dry my cars.
Liked. Nice. 620CFM is a high claim. You used Turbo a lot in your video here. Have you time how many minutes the two 20V 4 amp battery last on non-stop Turbo? (My guess is sub 8 minutes but don't know for sure.) Thanks.
Seems ok but honestly doesn’t look any more powerful than my 18v makita blower. For 18 v it moves the leafs….also chews the battery. The numbers are higher on the one..similar mph but I think a couple hundred higher cfm so I thought it would really blast em, but didn’t look much stronger at all. great stuff as always thanks Mark from one Michigander to another……at least we got our thanksgiving lions loss, and good ol u of m flubing to state
I noticed a difference over my Milwaukee M18 blower when using it on my Cub Cadet ZT1 mower deck. The WORX has stronger airflow to blast the grass clippings around the pulleys. On another note, yeah the Lions were par for the course on Thanksgiving. At least their kicking game is better.😂
Thanks for the review Mark. Gave me a lot of the info I needed. I'v had sevel Worx tools and like any thing they have pros and cons, Over all Im very happy with the ones I have. 1st and foremost Worx isn't a Pro grade or even pro-sumer grade. They are very good consumer and low level DIY level toolsin the most cases. I will be adding this leaf blower to my collection for two major reasons, its size and weight but because I have a backpack that is awsome but is more trobbel than its worth for the small projects, like you have described here. Cost is higher then I like (+\- $200) but that's due more to the times, and run time less than I like but its a small detail.
I know what you mean. I have a pro backpack blower, but I'll normally grab this Worx blower after mowing for the routine work since it's so quick and easy to use.
@@MarkThomasBuilder I ended up scoring the display unit at a local tractor supply store, $160 was not a bad prise and my 3yo son loves to play with it now.
There you go again. Costing me more money for another worx toy. I have gotten so much stuff from them, they know me everytime I call. This gadget is pretty cool. I have 2 blowers. One a shop blower I use to blow out sheds and mower decks and the other a 20v I bought with a trimmer. Its ok,but I really need more power. It'll do for now, I guess. I love to watch your videos. Just wish I had a much thicker wallet. 🙂
Thanks so much, I appreciate hearing that but sorry to put stress on your wallet.😅 I think you'll like this blower. It's balanced perfectly and has some nice power when turbo is needed. Please let me know what setting you use most on it as far as the end piece adjustment for volume or speed.
@@MarkThomasBuilder I will if I get it. Its on sale atm, so i may do it. I wish worx had a stoage unit like the Milwaukee box you reviewed. I need some place to store all that worx stuff. I guess It would wrong to use a different brand storage, but if it works, go for it, is what I say about it.
Yo lo tengo y ay que saber jugar con las velocidades, yo tengo 8ah y si aguanta lo que pasa esxqueces un motor que tiene mucho poder demanda de energía , me gusta la gama profesional worx
I haven't tried the EGO, but know it works well and has nice power. I'm happy with this one for everyday cleanups after mowing. In the fall, I use a backpack blower.
That's about all that things good for is a blow dust off a lawn mower Maybe blow water off a motorcycle you just washed that's it. Does that justify the price of it no I don't think it does

@@MarkThomasBuilder Hi Mark where do you buy the leaf blower
Great video Mark, I wanted to add that this is great to have in the garage ready to use instantly and no warm-up time or exhaust smell
I agree, just blow the dust out the door or into a corner to vacuum up.🙌
Wow! That little thing is really powerful!

Nice touch with the Milwaukee gloves 😃
Haha, yep they're my favorite gloves. It's hard to buy stuff without labels anymore.
I have the Older 52 Volt model Worx Still Going Strong!
I have an older Worx one as well and it does a great job on the routine cleanups.
Does the claimed CFM seem fairly accurate compared to other similar blowers you have used? Like the size and simplicity and thinking of using one to dry my cars.
I'm happy with this one. The power is decent and it's easy to maneuver.
how long will it work in maximum operating mode with charged batteries....?
what is the power of the air speed in kilometers per hour?
Cool will this work with gutter cleaning kit?

Thanks, no I haven't tried that. If I get a chance, I'll give it a try and respond back. I'm curious now, lol.
omg look how light it is
It's more powerful than it looks. I like the turbo button on this.
Nice
🙌😎
I might get one if it had 238 mph air speed at 620 cfm. All of the battery blowers have weak mph numbers and big cfm.
This one is great for quick cleanups and shop sawdust.
Thanks for the video…had issues with one of the batteries..keep blinking red when on charge..overheating issue?Anyone else ran into this problem??
It is more accurate to ask the original manufacturer. They have machine testing.
Is this leaf blower loud
Im impressed. I'll have to look at pricing
You can get it tool only or with the 4Ah battery.
Do you know Mark where I can find the serial number of this tool?
Hey Donna, yes the serial number is underneath the middle part of the blower, next to the model number and QR code.
@@MarkThomasBuilder thank you 👍🏼

I use it for grass clippings on my sidewalk, deck and garage approach. I'm hoping to do a comparison against some other brands this fall.
