exactly... actors would always say Chicken Breast and Rice and Broccoli... training every week... which can be very misleading. Actors like Chris Hemsworth gaining bodybuilder's type of physique in under a year or two which would take a true natural athlete over 5 years... still they work hard but they really shouldn't be giving advices out of the blue
@@charlesludwig8672 never said he wasn't in good shape. My point was that before Thor he mostly had a lean physique (there's a pic that compares his 2009 and 2010 physique where the difference is huge)... if an average person with a lean physique were to go through the same process of transformation it would take them over 5 or so years to get a bodybuilder type of physique (even with good genetics it'll be terribly difficult to transform like Chris Hemsworth in under a year or so, naturally). Not trying to take anything away from his hardwork, he's a great actor... but i highly doubt he achieved this naturally
The studios 100% knows. In fact they're the ones outright expecting these actors to be able to go through these unrealistic body transformations in under 6 months time. Some actors even commented in interviews where they asked the execs what if they can't produce the bodies they want regardless how hard they trained, and they said the studios told them to just do whatever you need to accomplish it. It's far more realistic to look at the women for natural results. Some of them are outright training harder than their male costars as confirmed by various people, yet their body results ain't as drastic. Kumail is kind of weird example though as I think he took roids willingly just to fit in or something. Because his character never even took off his shirt, so I doubt the studios expected anything from him.
You may have asked yourself, "Once they're in such shape, why don't they just keep up with it once they hit their goal? Once you get there, maintaining is easier than starting over every time." True but, Unfortunately, actors have to change physiques for movies. Which is pretty sad that others dictate what kind of physique you have to have to be in a movie. There's such extremes at times. It can be dangerous, even. But, when you're a serious actor and, especially younger as most of them were when they started these roles, they're willing to make the sacrifice. Achieving that super, ripped, look with the abs is hell to achieve. The work is intense. So, kudos to all of them willing to make the sacrifices to entertain us. Being an actor's not all fun and games. And, we sure aren't complaining when we see them shirtless or, in tights. Kudos to all of them willing to make the sacrifices to entertain us. P.S. @@syp123 I know. I was a part of that community. By maintain, I meant the mass, not the low-percentage, body fat. Sure, I slacked on diet at times but, not the weight-training. Once I hit an acceptable size, I just maintained it by continuing what I had been doing.
bro u realise tehy all use performance drugs right? its still alot of work but almost noone of thses actors do it natrual, some are even forced to do it to get fit in time
You should showcase Josh Brolin who was 50 while he bulked up and got in shape for Thanos. He, I'd argue, is as impressive as Hemsworth. Funny enough, the one who is the biggest and strongest didn't have to do much to look good because Banner is supposed to be sort of doughy. :)
I doubt that Hemsworth is natural, though (not just him, also Ninjiani and others). Nevertheless, whether he is or isn‘t, he out in the work and got amazing results.
@@valeaves Ninjiani for sure abused roids. His friend from "Always Sunny from Philadelphia" is the dead giveaway. All the Chris's are suspect too. I'm suspect of Paul Rudd as well. Tom Holland might actually be natural considering what he can perform and he's in the right age range too. The only ones we can say for sure are nattys though are the women since their bodies are figures that can easily obtained naturally. Kind of funny too that a natty (Brie Larson) has demonstrated the most physical strength among the cast on camera. EDIT: I do agree though that at least Hemsworth we saw trained hard and we can see the results. Not like say WWE pre-2010s where tons of dudes had muscles bigger than the Chris's, but many of their physical abilities on camera were garbage ex they had terrible stamina, had issues performing lifts you think should've been easy for them, etc.
I doubt those transformations are only effort and sports...I do not question the amount of exercises put into that, but I higlhy doubt they do not add some special cocktails to the mix.
Training like celebirties won't make you look like them but it WILL make you better. A lot of people posting things like "the dark side of celebrity physical transformation" and say it's all steroid. You might need to taper your expectation a little bit, but not need to discourage people from getting better.
dont get ur hopes up too much bud, they all use perfomance drugs. its like 90% of male actors who got thses typa bodys. its super common in hollywood and so actors like tom holland and thor use it. u can do good natrual. but not even close to what they are doing.
Also helps they’re getting paid to workout like this with a professional trainer and all, it’s literally a win win situation getting money and attention)
And not having a fulltime job at the side to pay the bills. Having the time for several hours a day/ per week going to the gym is not something the common (wo)man can afford.
@@jzh8499 and useing preds and roids aswell helps bud.-. almost all of them do just letting u know, its a common fact for male actors in hollywood. thor, tom holland etc all use it
Super sick, but my man 5:38 is an assisted one arm pull up. actual one arm pull-ups are a ton harder. Try it yourself, grab your own wrist with the other hand. If you can do a couple pull-ups changes are you can already do an assisted one arm pull-up.
Shall we mention the steroid use or just make young people think most of this is attainable by eating chicken and working out 5 days a week? I'm not against steroids and it still takes graft with or without steroids, but don't make out like Robert Downey Jr put on 28lb of muscle mass at his age without supps
100% i do think its getting a bit ridiculous that actors and sites never talk about it and make people aware instead of having it be this scary boogy man
True. Chris Evans already got all of his newbie gains from Human Torch, then suddenly gets bigger and stronger with age. Either he's a genetic freak or on hrt or something.
You are 100% correct ! There is no way you body can sustain such different changes so quickly . Specially hearing "training for 3 -4 hours a day " I mean wtf ! Of course they are using steroids , stronger or less but they are ! I mean look at Dwayne Johnson , most of people still believes that he's Natural 🤣
@@brutishappetency I mean, to think dwayne Johnson is natty is completely ignorant, especially coming from the wwe/wwf originally, he was on juice then @nd he's even bigger now 😂
5:45 i am very sorry to disappoint you is not an one arm pull up, you need to actually pull yourself with only one arm. she how ever pulled herself with two hands and only held the bar it self with one arm(shows she can hang with one hand but not pull). still over all for woman it is extremely hard to even do 1 pull up so respect for that i guess. nice video love to see these body transformation for movies.
You "guess"? Lol. You have many times more natural steroids (testosterone) than a woman, so have a leg up.Women have very little so start with much less upper body strength and don't get stronger nearly to the degree men do upper-body wise.
@@Laura-kl7vi yo, my comment wasn't offensive at all, the i guess was not a disrespect at all. i simply saying something that maybe you small brain of yours could not catch by reading and that this pullup was by no mean ONE arm pull up simply because it was preformed using 2 hands. GET IT? or you need another explanation? i legit wrote this with all the respect truly but your braindead commend is just too much, like from all the 3 lines commend you choose to react to the "i guess" part which was added to show i still respect a woman that can do 1 pullup since it really is as you said harder for women in general to achieve this. BTW after writing this long ass commend rn i see i am way to aggressive here but i dont feel like changing it so just slide it.
Why didn't you mention the physical transformation the Agents of Shield cast had to go thru. Chloe Bennet was a skinny little girl when she started. But by season 2 she trained in Kickboxing and other martial arts forms and put on muscle to look the part of Daisy Johnson.
Don’t actors dehydrate themselves to make their abs look more visible? Like I’m not saying these people aren’t fit but there’s a difference in showing their body normally vs dehydrated for a role
Brie and Tom Holland were easily the two cast members who felt the need to prove themselves considering all the crazy things they were shown to perform on camera. Actually Tom is still trying to prove himself but as an actor now as he's desperately been taking roles to prove he's more than just Spiderman.

Chadwick is no more in the world but he always have a place in our heart😭😭😭😭😭
I doubt those transformations are only effort and sports...I do not question the amount of exercises put into that, but I higlhy doubt they do not add some special cocktails to the mix.
Training like celebirties won't make you look like them but it WILL make you better. A lot of people posting things like "the dark side of celebrity physical transformation" and say it's all steroid. You might need to taper your expectation a little bit, but not need to discourage people from getting better.
@@oscarshen6855 But it is important to say, as many people will get unrealistic body standards.
No drugs u are clueless to think so
Nice video and Information. Good for Timepass
Amazing how much they work out but I really hate it when they're told to dehydrate, that effects more than just their superficial looks
its so sad to see Chadwick Boseman Die. You were the best blackpanther... Rest in Piece King!
Bro Eric Johnson is lucky he is Scarlett Johansson’s trainer 😭
no cap she's literally a goddess
I love it that Chris says he ate nekkid chicken!!!! Chadwick is the real deal and superhero someone to look up to
Without a doubt Chris Evans had the biggest transformation!
He’s the literal love
Of my life 😂❤
Respect for all 👏👏👏
Mark Ruffalo be like I am the fittest person
He don‘t need it. Hulk has the abs and the muscles xD
This has given me motivation to start working out! These are so inspiring!
dont get ur hopes up too much bud, they all use perfomance drugs. its like 90% of male actors who got thses typa bodys. its super common in hollywood and so actors like tom holland and thor use it. u can do good natrual. but not even close to what they are doing.
Also helps they’re getting paid to workout like this with a professional trainer and all, it’s literally a win win situation getting money and attention)
And not having a fulltime job at the side to pay the bills. Having the time for several hours a day/ per week going to the gym is not something the common (wo)man can afford.
This is for people who think that acting is not a real job...
Having a personal trainer and your meals prepped for you also helps. 😉
@@jzh8499 honestly, i would still be too lazy 😂😂
And using peds
@@DanzoSrife just the basic stuff, you know, dbol, test
You are 100% correct ! There is no way you body can sustain such different changes so quickly . Specially hearing "training for 3 -4 hours a day " I mean wtf ! Of course they are using steroids , stronger or less but they are !
I mean look at Dwayne Johnson , most of people still believes that he's Natural 🤣
@@brutishappetency I mean, to think dwayne Johnson is natty is completely ignorant, especially coming from the wwe/wwf originally, he was on juice then @nd he's even bigger now 😂
Tobey Maguire did so much
5:37 thats not a one arm pull up. thats a chin up, and she's holding her wrist with her hand, thats nearly the basic chin up my guys
ikr i can do reps of those
@@noahrimmer3163 exactly. not trying to put what she does down, but thats not a super impressiv thing
That is actually harder, but yeah that is NOT a one arm pull up like breh
Maybe off topic, but for me the most impressive change was Christian Bale, from The Machinist to Batman
Sometimes you need to do everything for your job
💪 hard work pays off
Man this is so encouraging 😂😂😂
I wonder if Tom Holland can do a front lever or full planche. I wouldn't be surprised
R.I.P “wakanda forever”😢
Why are you sad
Nice 👍
Why didn't you mention the physical transformation the Agents of Shield cast had to go thru. Chloe Bennet was a skinny little girl when she started. But by season 2 she trained in Kickboxing and other martial arts forms and put on muscle to look the part of Daisy Johnson.
Chris Hemsworth is a legend
That one arm pull up is the easiest thing when ur actually holding ur arm… anyone can do it easily
yeah its not really a onearm pullup its a normal pullup with a different grip essentially haha
Mark ruffalo has the best advantage, he doesn't need to workout yet his character hulk is the most jacked.
Don’t actors dehydrate themselves to make their abs look more visible? Like I’m not saying these people aren’t fit but there’s a difference in showing their body normally vs dehydrated for a role
Me and my brother out in the nack yard when we were kids 0:12👦👨
Meanwhile Christian Bale🤭
Poor Kumail, done all that work and they didn't even give him a shirtless scene!
Tom definitely had it easier than the rest. A lot of respect for them all though insane!
Let me guess. Chicken rice and broccoli. Absolutely zero PEDs. I promise
Damn! Wasn't aware how fit Brie Larson actually is.
Brie and Tom Holland were easily the two cast members who felt the need to prove themselves considering all the crazy things they were shown to perform on camera. Actually Tom is still trying to prove himself but as an actor now as he's desperately been taking roles to prove he's more than just Spiderman.
I like how there's a Tesla next to the jeep which Brie Larson is pushing
5:38- that isn't a one arm pull up.
