I found your video while looking for someone removing the rear quarter glass on a first generation honda. Excellent video and I am also a fan of making my own tools. I am removing the two rear quarter windows in my first generation honda to build storage boxes for my tools etc.
What size pipe did you use to make that quarter cutter ? Seems a bit more price effective to make one than buy one for 60-200$ also how do you get the blade to stay on the pipe ? Jb weld ?
