1)Sir what is difference between security guard (semiskilled worker) and watchman(unskilled worker)
2)And truck driver make his own decisions while driving so why he is not skilled worker?

1. Watchman is just entitled to keep an eye , security guard needs to know proper safety procedures like CPR , protocols and stuff
2. Truck driver does not decide where he goes , his boss decides what he will carry , where he will go . The driver only decides when to apply brake accelerator and clutch.
