Great job Erica and Panda! I love you bringing the park experience to us with such detail. For those of us who cannot be there often it helps with our Disney Fix! Thank you !
So great to hear about how attentive they were to your food allergy Erica! I brought my friend to Disney World before covid for the first time. She has allergies to dairy and soy. She never gets to go out to eat but here in Disney World she felt like a queen. It's good to know they are still servicing allergies
What a fun review. Like the smaller group size at the table. Nine Dragons- I need to revisit one day. Fried rice looked liked it had a good amount of soy sauce in it when cooked up. Portions look great- maybe more like family style too where you order several entrees and share amongst the table. The boba in the dessert looked good. I like the tapioca bobas (chewy ones). Perfect dining review. Perfect video length too. But now I want Chinese food.
We ate there a few weeks ago! It is my daughter's favorite spot! I also had the Crispy Honey Chicken and I agree...it was fabulous! Thanks Panda and Erica...fun review!
Surprised this is here, and not on the Disney Dining Channel. Nicely done, you two, thanx. In all my trips to WDW, I have never eaten at Nine Dragons - had a ressie once, but ended up cancelling it. Only reason (for me) is that I like to eat places that have the type of cuisine I can't easilyi get to at home (like Biergarten), especially because I don't drive. So it's just that Chinese food is so "run of the mill to me. But glad ad to hear you guys had such a great experience.
I thought I was the only one. She's such a pretty girl to hide her face behind her hair. But than I'm an old great grandmom. Love John expressions thanks great job
I love the dinning reviews you all do. I would love to see you do more reviews of restaurants in Epcot around the world showcase because none of them have allergy menus posted online. My daughter has a diary allergy like Erica and I am really nervous about finding food in Epcot that she can eat that she will like. Thanks for this review!
Nice review. Dig the skeleton crew. It was easy to follow and no major repeats in the comments. Look forward to more. If possible, next time there is a party or eating around Epcot, would be great for you two and Craig and Ryno to go as a group.
Great review! Panda rocks with his enthusiastic descriptions. Really sells it well. Too bad we didn't eat there last month at Epcot instead. Keep em coming
I love eating at this restaurant. The food isn’t spectacular, but honestly most of the restaurant food at EPCOT isn’t. The menu is more affordable & there is usually last minute available seating. The dining room is beautiful & we always request a window seat to people watch. We share plates & enjoy delicious melon flavored cocktails. It’s a great way get out of the heat & sun.
Thanks. I was going to eat at France again and get a baguette but now I have arthritis in my jaw and can't chew that hard bread so you just gave me an idea to have those spring rolls and fried rice then my snacks in my bag will help fill me up later. That's the same price as the baguette in France so thankyou for the idea!!! Not sure my husband will just have that he will likely copy your entire meal Erika. He loves shrimp haha
Nine Dragons isn't bad. Pleasant. Reliable. It does land in that unusual middle tier of Chinese food though. Which is probably why it is so unpopular. Definitely a step above Panda Express and Manchu Wok type joints. But at Disney prices. Conversely if you are looking for the sort of hip upscale Chinese restaurants you might find in New York or San Francisco it is definitely not that either.
Nine Dragons has been a family favorite for us; especially for Candlelight. I love the orange chicken. I don't recall it having spicy in the name. We miss NYC Chinese food too.
This is the go-to restaurant I tell friends to try when they forgot to make an ADR. Always solid and very, very underrated. No - it's not adventurous or gourmet, but not every meal on vacation needs to be. Never had a bad time here and usually can get same day reservations.
I feel like Nine Dragons is so underrated. Great coverage!! My only issue is the price seems to be getting pretty crazy lately, but I guess thats the norm at Diz now
I have often wondered why Nine Dragons does not give you Fortune Cookies with the bill. You had a Fortune Cookie on your dessert. Did you get Fortune Cookies with the bill?
you cant find good chinese restuarnts in fla because when all the chinese cooks came over to the USA they moved to ny,come on there are plent I will give you 2 china wok on avalon and and stoneybrook rd by the publix in wintergarde is real good takeout and hawkers on the corner of conroy and south apopka in the publix parking lot, there my go to chinese restuarnts
We avoid this restaurant. We have excellent Chinese restaurants on practically every corner. We avoid chain restaurants too. I don’t see anything on the menu at Nine Dragons that we can’t get at home, which is part of the fun at Epcot.
I'm always disappointed when I eat there. It's pretty much the same food you can get at any local Chinese restaurant. I havebhad more unique Chinese food in NYC or DC. I hope they step up their game and showcase actual flavors from China and not from the local takeout counter. Maybe I didn't order what you did or maybe Disney specifically needs to Amercanize the flavor palate but, to me, that cheapens the experience. I want to try things you wouldn't normally get to at an Americanized Chinese restaurant.
Great job Erica and Panda! I love you bringing the park experience to us with such detail. For those of us who cannot be there often it helps with our Disney Fix! Thank you !
Great job, Erica and Panda! I enjoyed the review.
Always good to see different people doing the dining reviews...great to get different people's opinions....

Please do more reviews like this!
Panda & Erica! Always enjoy watching you both. That dessert looks amazing. And Panda's shirt is fantastic

Love team Panda and Erica!

Perfect timing for this video. It’s the only available reservation in our Epcot day.
Ok, how was it?
short review and straight to the point, loved it! thanks guys! haven't tried nine dragons but might try it out in December.

The Big Panda, hey John thanks for sharing and of course Erica!
We just made reservations for Nine Dragons from this Friday night. I'm very happy to see it's going to be a great experience!
Nice to see you guys, everything looked good! Panda I have to say I love your shirt!!
I thought I was the only one. She's such a pretty girl to hide her face behind her hair. But than I'm an old great grandmom. Love John expressions thanks great job

Good job you 2!
Thank you both for this great review!
Nice video! Thank you.
We loved nine dragons! The service was amazing and food was SO good!
my family and I have been to nine dragons a number of times and have always enjoyed it. great job, thank you!
That B roll tho 🔥 lol nice work guys ;)
Nice review, I always wondered about that place.
Erica your hair looks fantastic!
I have always enjoyed Nine Dragon, and I feel that it always gets dunked on. I am happy you all had a great meal
I like Nine dragons, glad they did too.

The last time we ate there was 1993. I wasn’t that good (but we are New Yorkers). Maybe we’ll try again on the next visit.

We ate there on 10/01 and we love it. We never leave hungry.
Good review. I love 9 Dragons much better than any takeout Chinese place. It’s fresher ingredients and much tastier.
I love all of these but why are the dining reviews suddenly under DisUnplugged and not Disney Dining Show?
Nine Dragons has been a family favorite for us; especially for Candlelight. I love the orange chicken. I don't recall it having spicy in the name. We miss NYC Chinese food too.
We love Nine Dragons. We make their sesame chicken recipe at home and it is delicious!

Pete!!
We love the fried rice there!

6 min. Express review!
I just want to move Ericas stray hair in front of her face lol ❤😂
I wanted to move it soooo badly but the piece of hair had called right before the camera started so I just kept it there lol
All good!! Enjoyed the reviews - can’t wait for more

For some reason I thought Erica had said she was vegan? I guess it must have just been the dairy allergy.
Hi! Yes it’s just dairy and meat that I’m allergic to but thankfully I can still eat fish and shellfish!

Why would you have liked to have come on and say you hated Nine Dragons? I always hope for a good meal when I’m eating at Disney World.
That came out wrong Carol - What I meant was, I'd Love to have some drama for ya, but it was just SO good :)
