You really need to remove that high pitched noise at the start of Day 4. Some people like me have high sensitivity to higher pitches and that was literally painful. The Sound quality was very good. The lighting in most scenes was good as well. The acting is decent except in parts where strong emotion is being conveyed. When Dani called them and when they first see the monster (the oh my god what is that part he just sounded dead not scared, etc) ,for example, I didn't believe their emotions. Saxon, especially, was just bad. His wannabe tough guy act was laughable. If your movie is 99% people walking around and talking the acting needs to be better. I found myself skipping ahead often just to see if anything interesting was going to happen. Also, pretty sure SCP Spec Ops aren't going to be wearing jeans (the guy that shot Dani) and you're going to tell me they were going camping/hiking and the only things they had for light were their phones? I don't even go camping or hiking and I have better equipment in my car. The only water they had was Smartwater? ROTFL The fight scene was hilarious. My friends and I wrestling on the trampoline when I was young looked more believable. Eric is supposed to be an agent and that's what his fighting looks like? I know he's supposedly a reality bender but they already have several of those that actually know what they're capable of doing. Better than some movies they put on tv. Dude a reality warper? He could end the world but couldn’t save his friends. He should have known it was him at some point. Oh well thanks for show
Not a reality warper, idk why people keep thinking that but it’s mainly that Raymond after the crash starts to feel something inside of him and that he seemed to heal a lot quicker then saxon and when the first fight sequence happened not even Raymond knew what came over him when he tried to stop the fight as next thing he knew he was waking up off the ground
@@deathbear56 they said he has unimaginable power to destroy worlds and break reality. In the car he said he wanted world to end then it did. That’s how this whole thing has been set up. More important it’s just words, “reality warper” is my choice of words for his power. They actually say he has reality breaking power.
So what was the plot of this movie? Something happened, and everyone is gone, and bad stuff is going down, but nothing is shown or explained. Halfway through we are told that Raymond has some world ending abilities. But it's never explained or hinted at what the creature they saw in the tunnel is, how it can mimic voices, and what is it's relevance at all to anything that is going on in this film? You went from unseen creature stalking people (which is a cool premise if done right), to Raymond having super powers, to Eric is a bad guy who works for the Foundation, and ends with SCP guys doing what I guess is a Vulcan Death Grip to knock out Raymond, and at some point Saxon falls down dead in front of him after fighting the creature that was hinted at the beginning of the film. There is literally zero cohesion throughout this story's plot. Even the title of the movie "Aftermath" is never explained. Aftermath of what? Alien attack? Nuclear war? Godzilla and King Kong got into another death match? The title should be more like "We really like movies in the vein of Evan Royalty's movies, so we just took a bunch of ideas from those and jammed them together in the most confusing way possible."
@@cannoliman4256 Sure, but maybe shorten it up a little bit first. Oh better yet you could call it "Raymond Saves the World!" Unless he is actually the cause of all of this, since it's never explained, you can then call it "Raymond Destroys the World!"
Yeah I was very confused to how the explosion n other creature tied in. Like there just happened to b a breach at the same time? And if Eric is a scp solider why was his first scene him killing another solider? And the name doesn't fit n.
How did he damage his shirt? Why is "Kid Nick Fury" covered in blood? The flashing shadows? Excellent work! I'm entirely confused. 😆 Well, I'm never getting back those 55 minutes. I totally appreciate the 80's synthesizer music during end credits. We getting another episode? Possibly explaining Boy Jean Grey? If Boy Blackwidow gets paid to die, are we gonna see him again?
I'll be honest in that the acting wasn't the world's greatest, but the story is pretty engaging. Certainly a whole lot better than other amateur productions.
Another thing to note: if for whatever reason you need to run to the hills/woods because things are too dangerous in the city where your at, you need to think about body temperature/shelter, water, and food usually in that order. Most people survive a week or two without food but less than a week without water. However in really cold\hot environments people can expire in a matter of hours due to freezing/heat exposure/ or exhaustion. The people in this video talk about only being able to last a day or two in the woods with what they have but since it is the summer time I imagine they should be able to last much longer then that without too much issue.
Part that stood out to me was a standup man, rude an all, trying to keep his word. Didn't understand who he was protecting and damage he could cause, but tried to protect him and her as promised. Sorely lacking sometimes.
Have a few nitpicks. 1 the car alarm. 2. Where the hell did the magazine for the pistol go. 3. Lack of treatment of the wounds. And 4 the lag of pain from the wounds, especially after the adrenalin had worn off
@@weybye91 he was getting maintained, not HEALED, also it would have been shitty to have all the main characters cry about their wound or die in the first day, i rather have a lack of PainRP than them suddenly knowing how to do surgery or dying too fast
@@weybye91 i don’t see the problem, that was my goal, you didn’t seem to understand exactly why the main character were not dying after five minutes in the movie, so i was clearing that up
Survival Skills 101: If you're trying avoid hostile people and/or possible hostile sentient beings (like soldiers encounter during SCP missions) DO NOT make a regular campfire when camping. A normal campfire can be seen from many miles away and can draw unwanted attention. Obviously there are ways to build campfires that dont emit light/smoke but most people are not skilled at making them.
Please don't if you think this was good! Seriously, this COULD have been good but it wasn't! The acting, plot and etc were all over the map and not believable at all!
Here is what most likely happened: Raymond was already contained but he breached . When the breach happened rraymond must have wished to have peace again or some variation or that, erasing his own memories and probably going back to a time in his past, after that he accidently wishes to EXPIRIENCE the end of the world, his wish comes true and and the flash they see is most likely a nuclear warhead that every foundation site has, it was triggered probably becouse of a different breach, most likely 939 as we hear it later on. But also there is a possibility that it was the chaos ins. As raymond says multiple times that "there is chaos everywhere". So 1 how do we know he was contained before: the scp foundation is stronger than it seems and is prepared for some hilly billy reality bender, having ways to preserve information post reality changes, so it new he escaped, then after he made a site explode they must have found him in the area while investigsting. If they were not aware of him, they wouldnt employ an agent to track him, give him a nickname and so on. 2 how do we know it was 939, most obv thing it can mimic voices and its first line is a refrence to containment breach, where 939 says the exact same thing. We also never see it and the screen conviniently always cuts before we see it, thats becouse of its amnestic gas. Lastly 939 would be one of the only mimicing anomalies that could die to a gunshot. Why bring up chaos? Firstly god said there is chaos so its prob there, and secondly the dead soldier, why would an scp agent fight a soldier? Wearing a green uniform which isnt that of other foundation forces? Thats of coure becouse he isnt. Now fair this could be also: the goc (they like to kill reality benders), the serpents hand(they like protecting sentient anomalies) and many more. Now for those confused about sax wouldnt tell raymond the full truth, i suspect his parents were scp agents, he didnt know that ofc, but he was more aware of the situation that he told in the film. He knew chris was a spy, he knew not to trust the soldiers and most importantly he knew about raymond, look at his reaction when he said he wants the world to end, he never tells him his true power even when chris tells him. And last part why did they kill everyone exept the god they were looking for, thats becouse 1 the scp foundation rarely kills and seeing that he doesnt manage his power well decided against killing him, containing him instead or 2 more sinister reason, they want to use him to make reality anchors. For those unaware those are realit stabilazers the foundation uses to well stabilaze reality in certain areas. And they are made of reality bender body parts.
So when the reality bender in the car said "I wish the world would end" he actually made it happen by thinking that and saying that statement? That's what I think happened.
so that was an interesting film so when danny and raymen are talking to the S.C.P Agent and he is eating CHEEZIT why is he throwing them off screen and how is raymond suppose to a S.C.P and what is his number also I found a funny thing when raymon says zachs name at 39:50 the closed caption replaces his name with sex
Excellent! Got through half and graphics, sound, acting, and editing is high quality. I am starting in video and can appreciate the effort and skilz it took to do this.
if you think acting is high quality you need your ears checked. It's not abysmal and is ok when they aren't trying to be emotional. In the parts like where she called them or they first saw the monster I didn't believe the emotions they were trying to convey.
@@Necrowolf81It was made by high schoolers. It's not gonna be amazing Broadway levels of acting. I'm getting annoyed of all the comments saying the acting was garbage. It's not that bad.
Not bad, but some stuff bugged the shit out of me. How did some kid take down a fully geared soldier? Why was that soldier alone? How could Saxon shoot a soldier, who just engaged a perceived threat, just feet from him? Why again, was this other soldier alone? Sorry for sounding like an ass, but the character that is Saxon, was the worst part of this film. Not the actor, himself. The writing. Again, sorry for being harsh. Other than some of the stuff that made me say "bullshit," out loud, it was a great film.
To call it "a great film", is to be disingenuous. It isn't good; sometimes being honest is the best way to help someone improve, imo. You don't have to agree with me, but I think it is possible to criticize entertainment [objectively], and not just [subjectively]. This film had more issues than just Saxon. As a defence of the film, the "kid" was a member of OVERLORD, which in itself is a reference to Evan Royalty's movie. There were several cinematographic flaws, on top of writing mistakes. Two such examples are 1. When Saxon loots the trooper's body, we see a random light flash for no reason, and we later see lens flares when he regroups with his friends. 2. The plot doesn't give the characters time to grieve when Dany dies; the start of Day 4 shows that they buried her. It's not normal for someone to die then IMMEDIATELY have her friends bury her body....especially when they have no shovels. Another script issue arrises when the protagonist is revealed to have telekinesis. The primary reason it fails is that his powers are never foreshadowed. I try to watch films/shows casually, but I just get caught up by mistakes.
Apparently most people seem to lack the necessary IQ points to follow the plot. I myself missed a few things, being a little short in the head, this user sums up pretty well what is going on: "@tiredgamer6160 2 months ago if anyone is confused about the plot: Raymond the white guy with the beard is a reality warper with god like power. in short what he really wants to happen WILL happen however he is unaware of his own powers. but the scp foundation is fully aware of what he is. when he said he was bored and wanted the world to end in order to experience something exciting IT HAPPEND. reality was changed to entertain him. his commando friend Saxon , the girl, various people were turned into monsters and lastly when something he wanted to happen like when he wanted his commando friend to not kill that scp agent as he was fighting him it happened. in the end the Raymond fate will be similar to the witch girl." This is why Saxon's friends ask him "how'd you learn to do that" when he beats up Saber in their first encounter and he mentions a bit later to Saber that "it wouldn't have hit [him] even if hell froze over". Please don't confuse your lack of intelligence for lack of a plot
Sometimes I can't hear what the actors are saying (only happens 3-4 times though). Besides that, this film is, looking from the road signs, recorded in Japan but everyone seems to speak fluently American-English. They eat and drink American brands. There's no cartridge clip in that pistol. All that takes away a part of the immersion. Nonetheless, tyvm for this film. It's entertaining.

This was amazing im so glad i came across this short film 😊 it’s so special to watch
Amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 congratulations!! Great job 🎬💥
You Never set your RIFLE DOWN!!!! When you're clearing a house. 🤦😒😒
Saxon should have given armour coat to Dannie not Raymond! Need I say more?
Please comment.
Glad I got to watch this in person!! 🤩🤩
As opposed to watching it in somebody else?
Literally my thoughts^
They actually say he has reality breaking power.
for this type of quality production it deserves much more amazing work 👍
So what was the plot of this movie?
I don't see where you got Eric being the bad guy from.
You know what? I was thinking we make a prequel name "Precursor", but I like your title better. Is it ok if I use it?
@@cannoliman4256 Sure, but maybe shorten it up a little bit first. Oh better yet you could call it "Raymond Saves the World!" Unless he is actually the cause of all of this, since it's never explained, you can then call it "Raymond Destroys the World!"
my theory is that the creature is SCP-939 and the explosion was a facility that had containment breaches
Yeah I was very confused to how the explosion n other creature tied in. Like there just happened to b a breach at the same time? And if Eric is a scp solider why was his first scene him killing another solider? And the name doesn't fit n.
Wow the makeup in this was phenomenal!
Fantastic Actors! Great overall experience.
How did he damage his shirt? Why is "Kid Nick Fury" covered in blood?
The flashing shadows?
Excellent work!
I'm entirely confused.
😆
Well,
I'm never getting back those 55 minutes.
I totally appreciate the 80's synthesizer music during end credits.
We getting another episode?
Possibly explaining Boy Jean Grey?
If Boy Blackwidow gets paid to die, are we gonna see him again?
thats whats good. worth the watch
Dawg how yall only got 1k subs so underatted fr
THIS WAS LIKE, 1% SCP!! WTF DID I JUST WATCH?!?
I'll be honest in that the acting wasn't the world's greatest, but the story is pretty engaging. Certainly a whole lot better than other amateur productions.
the fight scene could use some work
Yeah, takes a bit of choreography to get it realistic.
As good as this is, it's difficult to hear some of the lines. It would be nice to have some subtitles.
Wdym you can't hear? Are you blind!?

Another thing to note: if for whatever reason you need to run to the hills/woods because things are too dangerous in the city where your at, you need to think about body temperature/shelter, water, and food usually in that order. Most people survive a week or two without food but less than a week without water. However in really cold\hot environments people can expire in a matter of hours due to freezing/heat
exposure/ or exhaustion. The people in this video talk about only being able to last a day or two in the woods with what they have but since it is the summer time I imagine they should be able to last much longer then that without too much issue.
You guys are criminally underrated.
Lets hide from the scary unknown thing by lighting an easy to see bright ass fire and wait for said thing to find us --
Part that stood out to me was a standup man, rude an all, trying to keep his word.
And 4 the lag of pain from the wounds, especially after the adrenalin had worn off
In case you did not notice, Saxon was getting superpowered by Raymond, hence not needing to treat wounds after the first car crash.
@@LegionL-A so that's why he was still limping? So not only doesn't it make sense, but continuity errors
@@weybye91 he was getting maintained, not HEALED, also it would have been shitty to have all the main characters cry about their wound or die in the first day, i rather have a lack of PainRP than them suddenly knowing how to do surgery or dying too fast
@@unknownfox3796 that still only somewhat answers 1 of 3 things
@@weybye91 i don’t see the problem, that was my goal, you didn’t seem to understand exactly why the main character were not dying after five minutes in the movie, so i was clearing that up

very nice quality tho.
I love this I love all the hard work on this
Awesome!
Can’t waitttt
The way they fight is crazy
Very good acting, especially for Saxon. The production is also great, the plot was just unclear.
Extremely underrated
This was amazing man!
~40:40 that whole scene his mouth movements and his voice didn't... It just...looked off xD His mouth was soft for the amount of yelling he was doing.
Did the Foundation find a massive 939 nest? Sounds like it.
NGL. This was really well done and planning on making it a reference to a short film I'm working on titled "SCP Lost In Nowhere"
Please don't if you think this was good! Seriously, this COULD have been good but it wasn't! The acting, plot and etc were all over the map and not believable at all!
How does this not have more views
Here is what most likely happened:
Raymond was already contained but he breached .
And they are made of reality bender body parts.
yea definitely not the plot lol
Absolutely awesomesauce times 10000, look forward to seeing more from yall!
hell naaahh, its good af
Maybe I’m missing something, but why didn’t they drive away during that part in the beginning? Instead of walking like they did
they mention the vehicle has no more gas
I SMELL UNDERRATED
So when the reality bender in the car said "I wish the world would end" he actually made it happen by thinking that and saying that statement? That's what I think happened.
When they are at the camp fire it kind of looks like they are looking at the script on the floor
So is this the SCP-5000 thing then?
so that was an interesting film so when danny and raymen are talking to the S.C.P Agent and he is eating CHEEZIT why is he throwing them off screen and how is raymond suppose to a S.C.P and what is his number also I found a funny thing when raymon says zachs name at 39:50 the closed caption replaces his name with sex
my man clearly knew he needed a haircut after watching the opening scene
Great work!
seems like saxson is a part of chaos
i LOVED ITTT AMAZING JOB btw what is the name of the backround sound at the begining?

How do you shoot a gun with out a magazine in it is what bothers me
FYI this was a high school film lol, we tried our best
HOW YOU ONLY GOT 800 SUBS!?!?
Apparently most people seem to lack the necessary IQ points to follow the plot. I myself missed a few things, being a little short in the head, this user sums up pretty well what is going on:
"@tiredgamer6160

if anyone is confused about the plot: Raymond the white guy with the beard is a reality warper with god like power. in short what he really wants to happen WILL happen however he is unaware of his own powers. but the scp foundation is fully aware of what he is. when he said he was bored and wanted the world to end in order to experience something exciting IT HAPPEND. reality was changed to entertain him. his commando friend Saxon , the girl, various people were turned into monsters and lastly when something he wanted to happen like when he wanted his commando friend to not kill that scp agent as he was fighting him it happened. in the end the Raymond fate will be similar to the witch girl."
This is why Saxon's friends ask him "how'd you learn to do that" when he beats up Saber in their first encounter and he mentions a bit later to Saber that "it wouldn't have hit [him] even if hell froze over". Please don't confuse your lack of intelligence for lack of a plot

I loved the acting in this movie. The story is kinda ok but I still don't know what SCP is this based on. Or is it a completely original story?
When did World War 3 start and why didn't these two know about it!!
11:40 what were they running from? i cant see whats over there
Sometimes I can't hear what the actors are saying (only happens 3-4 times though).
