One day this is going to be a cult classic. One of those "it's so bad it's good" situations
I'm not going to praise this or over-hype it, it's a student film and you don't need patronizing. But that said, most student films I can only _tolerate_ and even then only for about 30 seconds. This was solid all the way through, though. Looking forward to seeing how you grow, honestly.

the part with the room and gaming setup is pretty funny when you think about how scp staff wouldn't be using gaming setups with led lights to do research

I really liked it! Definitely not bad for a student film. I always love seeing SCP appreciated like this! The editing could use some work, but the sequence where the lights went off in the van being mixed with the team in the woods was probably one of the best parts and really well-edited. Hats off to you gents. Would love to see more like this from you

I have to say, this was pretty good, especially the scene when the lights in the FOB went out, that actually gave me the chills.

so many small channels uploading masterpieces and don't get the attention they deserve
I know I'm kinda late but I wanna give some tips from my perspective as a viewer. Or, better said, _a_ tip. Mainly, you cut music too soon. Right here, at 15:08, a new song starts. The fade-out is better than just cutting it, but it definetely would do better if it lasted longer or ended in a more conclusive tone (the song). Otherwise, it leaves this feeling of a... rushed scene. But all apart from that, great sound design and music choices, quite awesome acting and good editing. Can't say it's the best, but we all start from scratch. Keep at it and you'll improve!

I have a question can I put your scp short film on my SCP film website I also put the link to your video and your RUclips channel
Timing on edit's and acting is key, this suffers from that and the cuts just put me off.
You can tell that they are students, but the film itself is very boring for someone who doesn't know what an SCP is. The effects are very simply designed, as is the music in the film. One scene really annoyed me though, and that was the VHS scene with the screaming - just turn the volume down and the high notes down please. But overall you can see the effort that went into it.
Rifles with no sights, underfolder with the stock folded OVER, rifles that have rear sights but they are not folded up. Come on now, you can do better. I give is a 4/5 for effort and a 1/5 for attention to detail on the small shit. Paying attention to small things like that can really make a difference in overall quality.
I like the concept. The fact that none of you (except dad) can grow beards ruins the suspension of my disbelief. sorry :/
