I have to get some of those Sonoma chips. I hope my Costco has them. Believe it or not, I just had my first ribeye ever this weekend. I'm a filet mignon girl. They are so good! And I picked them out for Dad's Day and I guess I did right because they had huge caps! Whoo hoo! omg like buttah.
I am thankful every time I stumble upon another woman with a family who has the goal in mind-to bring health, sanity, and truth to the ones that they love. Who cares who judges you?! Don’t care! Aren’t people tired of caring and of making that ridiculous disclaimer? If diet is a tool and not a religion, this is easy to understand. For some, it is their religion.
Oh, great! I didn’t know about the cap end of ribeyes; thanks for the heads up. And I so agree about convenient shortcuts. I only use paper plates! My dishwasher is where I store my bubbly water, lol. ❤ Rock on, Luna‼️
Cream cheese usually contains plant products in them, in this case Guar Gum. So technically this isn’t a carnivore diet. I don’t know how serious you are about the carnivore diet so it may not be a big deal for you. 🤷♂️ Just informing you. “Guar gum is a gel-forming galactomannan obtained by grinding the endosperm portion of *Cyamopsis tetragonolobus, a leguminous plant* grown for centuries mainly in India and Pakistan where it is a most important crop that has long been used as food for humans and animals.” Edit: Oh I noticed the pesto butter thing too, so it’s not too serious. Anyway, the more you know!

I'm going to attempt to make my kids some "fruit snacks" using lmnt and beef gelatin idk, we'll see 😂 the jello is a hit, so maybe?
