I remember people were in a frenzy when Sabin became TNA champion. I thought good things would come out of it, perhaps a AJ Styles or Austin Aries main event match at BFG. But no, his run was not at full potential. Then they turn him into the sore loser heel, burying his chances of fans wanting the belt back on him.
Knew this would happen. It's like WWE are saying "we gave into you and made this little hairy fucker Champion but we'll be fucked if we're booking him like a strong champion". And now they'll likely just put the belt on Cena ASAP now that Bryan's injured

Its not Kane's fault dude. A lot of people know Kane is one of the few guys in the roster who is willing to job just to about anyone to put them over. Daniel teaming up with him in my opinion helped his career otherwise he would have been lost in the shuffle with a lot of guys. I consider him lucky cause WWE found something to do. If anything I blame the retarded dicks at "creative". But yes its the same angle that fucked Ryder and the same storyline they are now using with cena and Wyatt's.

***** Daniel Bryan is currently producing some of Raws highest ratings and even outdraws Cena and The Shield in qrt hour ratings. So this BS about him being too small is just outdated noise from people who can't let go of the 80's.

The WWE obviously plans out their storylines with tons and tons of collaboration MONTHS and in some cases years in advance. Most never hapopen (Bret vs HBK Wrestlemania 13) and the WWE has to "adapt" and reroute their plan. You all know this. Im not trying to teach anyone anything.
My belief is that when the WWE CANT adapt - or isnt prepared to adapt - or isnt confident enough to invest in an inpromptu LONG TERM storyline/reroute (Bret vs Austin)... they understand that KANE and the UNDERTAKER (and now Sting - the only 3 wrestlers with" supernatural" or "larger than life" powers) are the best opponent for the champion in order to "kill time" until a new storyline is ready.
KANE is there right now to kill time. He was there in 2014 to kill time as well.
Kane wasnt going to beat Seth Rollins and win the championship at hell in a cell last month - just as much as Kane wasnt going to win the championship and beat daniel bryan in 2014. The WWE just didnt know what to do with their championship fued yet - and would rather wait another month or two to see things "develop naturally" (wait until the prespective rival's current fued ends).
Look at Rollins vs. Sting for example. Who knows if that was planned as a 1 and done fued, but Sting got injured and it was a 1 and done. If the original plan was a two month Rollins vs Sting fued, it was to GIVE REIGNS two months to end his fued with Wayatt. Sting was injured, so they replaced him with KANE. Rollins loses NOTHING. Not even talking about the belt, if you are in a match with Kane or Sting or the UNdertaker - your scenarios open up HUGELY to win or lose - but you rarely see a character lose or win and have a long term negative or positive effect.
i suck at trying to explain this, but using KANE to kill time has been annoying me for a long time.

When it comes to DBryan they should just focus on his wrestling opponents and a lot less on storyline. Put him up against guys who are as good as him in the ring.
The thing I want to know is, why has Kane not shown his powers or used them? I know it was a long time ago, and the writers have amnesia, but back in the day, Paul Bearer made a comment how Kane had the same powers the Undertaker had. Kane then proceeded to show those powers by setting things and people on fire. Hell, he shot a fireball in Chyna's once. Why is that forgotten? Why wouldn't they use that and add that into this feud?

Watched every show and PPV b/t raw, smackdown and nitro until 2006 when HHH's reign of terror and all the stories about shitty things they've done drove me away.
I came back for the summer of punk, saw how horrifically they handled the start of his reign, with HHH beating him and you could imagine my disgust with the booking. There was no follow up on the loss either. It doesn't help that the comedy was terrible, there were no good angles and the hottest angle they had was just booked into the ground.
My main source of wrestling entertainment became podcasts and youtube videos like solomoster, shoot videos and botchamania.
Then I come back when I see how insane the crowd is for Bryan. But he gets fucked at Summerslam and is booked horribly afterwards.I try to keep my eye on things but I'm wary bc I suspect Bryan will not get his due. I read about how there are 7 or 8 straight weeks of the show ending with Bryan "Staring up at the lights" and it convinces me that they fucked it up again
I saw WM 29 and the post raw show. That was astounding but I recognized that the show itself sucked, it was the crowd that was so fun. I loved the royal rumble for the same reason. it was hilarious seeing the crowd give such a well earned fuck you to the booking. Especially after Bryan and Wyatt tore the roof of the place earlier that same show. Sadly the most entertainment I can derive from WWE seems to be "car crash" entertainment.
I started to like guys like Barrett, the shield and the Wyatts. I saw where Bryan turns on the Wyatts. That was amazing
Find myself loving the Shield, find myself HATING the royal rumble despite the hilarious crowd. I actually gave it a few weeks and loved the development of Bootista.
The shield was dissolving, the Wyatts got buried in a 3 v 1 handicap match they fuckin LOST and they were going nowhere fast. I did at least get to see the shield vs wyatt stuff which was awesome. I started watching again in the lead up to wrestlemania 30 so I got to enjoy the Byran run.
Then this kane angle THIS fuckin Kane angle. Uggggghhhh. I was stunned at hoowww fucking baaaaad this Kane angle was. I was one of the ones who said " Watch them book him like shit now that he's champ." but I never thought it'd be THIS bad. I could not get the fuck away from this horrifically bad product fast enough. Like solomoster I was mad at Bryan for not outright laughing in creatives face with this shit. I found that I could barely watch more than an hour of the show though because most of it just sucked. But this goddamn segment with Bryan running away basically ripped the control out of my hand and changed the channel for me. One of the stupidest fucking angles or segments I've ever seen. Worse than katie Vick. The katie Vick shit was retarded enough that I actually could laugh in disbelief. And the line "I love the smell of formaldehyde in the morning" I'm sorry but it's so bad it's fucking amazing. There was nothing about this Byran/Kane shit that I could even laugh at. Troll 2 takes a shit and out pops that segment. Then Bryan breaks his neck. Woop de fuckin do. Bye bye E.
Certain things have captured my attention. Suplex city, the rollins vs ambrose stuff. I tried sticking around when Owens, Neville and Rusev came up and started making waves but Neville was given nothing to do. Wyatt was rudderless, They made a mockery of Rusev with Cena winning every fucking stupid ass match and then Cena starts beating owens too. I hate the E. I think they're fucking racist as fuck, they've got a ton of blood on their hands and the shows themselves are not fun in the least. Fuck this company

Of course Solomonster is going to get his panties in a bunch when it comes to booking DB as anything but the next Superman Cena. He's talking about how it's so unrealistic for Bryan to run from Kane (a man twice his size that makes DB look like a 10 year old kid) but he has no problem with Bryan beating that same guy. He also thinks Bryan should feud with Lesnar. His mancrush on DB has distorted his view on what is actually realistic and what is not.

I won't continue to watch. I gave up on WWE because they kept burying Daniel Bryan, but after WMXXX, I realized I was wrong. If they make him a joke as WWE Champion, I'm going to discontinue watching because. They can't take their serious fans for granted. I don't know about you, but I will change the channel and stop supporting them if I don't like the product they're giving us.
Yeah, his win at WM30 was like 3 months overdue and the way they've booked him as Champion has been unsatisfying to say the least... the whole Bryan angle has been hit or miss since Summerslam... one week it's great... the next 2 weeks it's shitty and then it gets good...

I'd have rather seen Wyatt go over Cena at Mania and then resume his feud with Bryan. Bryan's injury wouldn't mean as much because Wyatt could have had a very brief feud with Cena to fill the void until Bryan recovered. Bray could have even feuded with Sheamus to fill the void. There are A LOT of baby faces on the roster right now.
Just when I thought that the WWE had FINALLY turned a corner at WrestleMania 30, they decided to bury Daniel Bryan right afterwards for having the audacity to be popular. Yes, he would have had to vacate the title later anyway but that still doesn't excuse the two months of straight up bullshit he was given after Mania.
Could it be that D. Bryan was merely trying to get his wife out of harm's way? Maybe it did come off as cowardly, but to just say that Bryan was completely scared of "The Demon" Kane, might be stretching it a bit.

I agree. Its the same type of booking that killed Ryder's momentum. When Kane returned in 2011 they fucked him the next week by having him job to cena in dark shows and ppv's. It's the same storyline they used with Eve, Ryder and cena. It killed Kane's gimmick, Ryders momentum and for some reason all the focus went to cena having some affair with eve. Hell right now they are recycling the same shit with Wyatt and cena teasing a heel turn for super cena which will never happen. Right now the only strong storyline they have going is Shield vs Evolution.

Honestly it all seems like Sabotage. Daniel Beats HHH, Orton and Batista at WM30 and now those three men are practically in a higher profile spot than Daniel Bryan. Shield/Evolution has dominated the WWE narrative since the aftermath of WM30. I mean another feud with Kane...seriously? Its like their handing Bryan scraps. Same thing happened to Punk. He was given a awful angle that only led to more HHH face time and a AWFUL feud between HHH/Nash while Punk play 2nd fiddle.

I really can't take this segment serious because every time I see Kane with that mask I think of Team Hell No and now he's beating up the men who pretty much beat evolution for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, I mean couldn't they find somebody else better like say I don't know Brock Lesnar, The Miz, Shemus, Dolph Ziggler etc. but this storyline sucks and they need to toss this and make a new segment after Daniel Bryan announcement how long he will take to recover from his surgery cuz the evolution and the Shield storyline is better
The angle from RAW wasn't THAT bad. I understood from the fact that it was Daniel Bryan trying to protect his girlfriend from Kane and his supernatural powers,hence he was trying to get her to safety, NOT running away. If he tried to get Brie to safety while feuding with Batista, then i'd understand the hate, but its Kane and we're supposed to believe he has "powers" and can do bad things. The only part that I didn't like was him trying to fix the car while Kane was after him. Just go find another car!

daniel bryan has been booked to look weak since wrestlemania. I don't care if he won the belt, he spent 90% of the time getting his ass kicked, same goes for every weekly show he was on afterwards. people simply aren't willing to admit it was happening before the stupid kane feud because of their man-crush on triple h and unwillingness to admit that he's trying to bury him. what better way to ruin someone than to make them champion and make them look like they don't deserve it rather than not give him the belt and have everyone perpetually thinking that he does?

In my opinion, people like a kick ass babyface that doesn't take crap from anyone or anything. Bryan, in that segment, ruined that for me. He's taking assistance from the same person who sent Kane to destroy him and you believe that she, SMH, is going to help you.
I could get all the shenanigans that happened afterwards, but for him to turn tail and run when he could have told Brie to drive away and handle the situation then and there.
