A futon mattress works great for sleeping in the back of a truck. It will fill the width of a mid size pickup and leave room on the edges of a full size truck like yours. Best thing is you don't have to build anything and you can fold it up to haul other stuff with you.

Just a FYI on the diving board, neighbors had a pool and had to remove the diving board to even get homeowners insurance. They could not find a single insurance company that would insure them with a diving board still at the pool.....BTW, LOVE LOVE LOVE the videos

That house was a pleasure palace in it's day. How much would you have to spend to set that place straight? I used to be a land buyer - I got paid to wander round abandonned factories and properties. I loved it, saw some seriously wierd shit though.
