years and years ago my x and I raised fresh water fish for pet stores. We took old fridges and peeled out the inner linings and had them on their backs in our basement with pumps and heaters and lights and raised them by the hundreds but our river flooded and filled up the basement and no more fish. I still think it was a good idea, just not in a basement right next to a river. We don't have hurricanes in Oregon, just a few small tornados. So sad how much damage Sandy did.

Do you have to be licensed and insured where you are to do the foreclosures?
It depends I go through a contractor and have no employees so insurance is optional but if you have employees you need it.
