Tales of Xillia Leia Solo: Muzét 2 [No Items/Unknown/No Damage]

Figured I might as well use MA here since I used it on the Jude equivalent fight of Gaius 2. In any case, this will probably be my last X1 solo for a bit. I will come back to X1 optional bosses at some point, but for now I want to start working on X2 after beating all of the base game X1 bosses!
Game Modifications:

-Used OVL script to activate OVL
Strategy:
So this Muzét is a bit different than the last two versions of her and she's actually more threatening here. This is the only version of Muzét that cannot be guard manipulated. This means that she's more dangerous to approach and that she is infinitely more dangerous if she enters OVL. When she enters OVL, she's very likely to spam Elemental Hymn and I can't guard manipulate her into using something else. This means that I'll probably die unless I abuse free-run lol. So my strategy here is to play as aggressively as humanly possible so she hopefully doesn't have an opportunity to use OVL. Luckily, I'm quite practiced at this playstyle against Muzét at this point so it wasn't the biggest issue.

0:55 was a super cool combo using Soaring Blast to make it look almost like you spiked Muzet into the ground so hard she bounced back up to you LMAO

That was a very good fight! All-out aggression is fun to watch, and so was the finish, she tried using Elemental Hymn, but you had none of that!
Xillia 2 is my favorite game in the franchise so I'm definitely looking forward to your work on it!

Glad you enjoyed the aggression, playing aggressive in this game is very fun due to how the bosses fight back. Hopefully my X2 stuff will be enjoyable for you to watch as well!

Just another great Muzet run. I've seen it so many times here, I guess I'm no longer overwhelmed, lol. And after the final boss, this is a cakewalk, haha. Does she have that "no aerial counter between 50%-25%" like Gaius? That combo at 0:40 was pretty long =0v.
Not that you needed to know, but you can dodge Elemental Hymn by just jumping over her when she does it. That's what I did in my run. She slowly rotates toward her backside while she does it, so its easy to prep for by the time she faces you again.

She doesn't have a no aerial counter phase. That's exclusive to Gaius 1; I just got lucky there I guess lol. Jumping over Elemental Hymn isn't something that occurred to me until way later which is kinda embarrassing as a Symphonia player haha.

Interesting that not being able to guard manipulate her puts the battle on a sort of soft time limit. I can’t remember, is she the only boss like that?

Thanks! She's basically the only boss like this, but another boss that's a big threat in OVL is Gaius 1 or 2 since he can't be guard manipulated and he has Swallow Fury. Unlike Muzet, he doesn't spam Swallow Fury in OVL so Muzet is actually still the bigger OVL threat.
