Oof. Those shots at Alvin hurt. I found the simplest way to describe what makes Alvin stand out from the traitors: Zelos wanted other people to make his bridges. Raven avoided all bridges. Alvin actively burned his bridges. Alvin says he's good at destroying things, and he really is.
Alvin has no one to blame but himself for what he did. Zelos and Raven, at least, can be argued to be victims on some level, under the control of others. But Alvin? Every last betrayal he pulled... all of it was his fault. No one else's.
There was this one time where I was playing Jude and my friend was controlling Alvin, yeah? We got into a battle but he was busy texting and he thought he was on auto. I was busy fighting and didn't notice him standing there doing nothing until later in the fight. I figure I'd just link with him so that the AI takes over, and RIGHT when I switch to him is when I kill the enemy and then Alvin goes *Maaaaann, were we good or what!* even though he didn't do jack XD we both shared a huge laugh after that, especially since it sounds like something Alvin would do

I know exactly what you mean. I wanted to make videos for the other Tales games but it is so time consuming! I probably missed a few in this one but I wouldn't know exactly what to look for or who to put in my party. It is amazing though once you do find a new one. The one with Teepo/Elize/Leia/Alvin talking about being tired and wanting a massage took me over 100 hours of gameplay to find just once, and I never saw it again.

Thank you so much for uploading this. I beat Tales of Xillia 1 2 weeks ago and now I am already 50 hours into Tales of Xillia 2. I haven't had so much fun playing a game since... I don't know when, but because I have been playing games for 20 years now, you can say that it is quite special for a game to make such a big impact on you.
Yeah you're welcome Zhamp0 :) It took about 30-40 hours or something.. and that is about half as long as it took me to get all the ones in Tales of Xillia 2! Yeesh there are so many in that one.
Great video! But I think you're missing two quotes. One is Jude and Milla crossing midair to the ground and saying "We have... no limits!" I got it once and I mean ONLY once while linking in Magnus Zero, so it must be extremely rare or something. The second is with Elize, Teepo, and Milla. Teepo remarks how Milla is so strong and Elize says "I want to be just like you!" No idea how to get this one, but definately isn't a boss quote. I hope that helped.

There is something annoying about this game that makes it harder to get the quotes since you can't switch who is on your team on the battlefield (at least, I can't at the moment). So that's been hindering the compilation video. I also haven't even met all the characters yet, haha.
I got a victory quote that is not added yet in this video between Leah, Milla, and Jude, Leah asked Milla whether she stinks or not and Jude comment : no, you're totally fine and then Leah responded to Jude "Did I asked you? "
How do you trigger the ones where all six interact at the end? o.O Btw you definitely missed most of the quotes that you get after a really hard battle (like almost dying).
You trigger the one with all 6 by switching characters in and out so that all 6 have been on the battlefield during one battle. In regards to missing those quotes, that's really cool actually! I thought I got most of them but I guess I was wrong! Thanks for letting me know. I don't know if it's worth it to go back and try to get them though. What do you think?
