Very good question. There is a lot of new research happening for IgA Nephropathy. After being on ACEi and SGLT2i we now have budenoside which is a low dose steroid medication. Sparsentan has been approved by FDA in US but it will take some time to come to India. All these medications can slow the progression of IgA and keep it stable which is the goal. Please see a doctor before starting any medications.

It doesn't happen so fast, maybe because of your stress it increased by 3 points in 2 days.. or the report could be wrong... or it could be a side effect of the medicine.. Actually my left kidney grow even after 85% damage Jab main 7 saal(2009) ka tha meri left kidney ka damage 85% ho gya tha or right kidney ka 22% tha due to urine reflux in left kidney, and that damage was caused by many hard medicines given by local doctor At that time I'm getting frequent fever every 5 10 days So I had a kidney reflux operation (reimplantation) At that time my creatinine was 0.96 But when I went back there after 5 years, then i have all the tests, and the result are shocking my left kidney function grow about 15% bcoz of normal age growth It didn't reverse it's just grow normally And 2 % decrease in right one So my dr. was surprised too , and put my file in special cases, even at that time my creatinine was 0.9 But after 2018 I had 3 months hard tb medicine(without needed), 2 times corona and take 2 vaccines and 1 time dengue, which eventually started my kidney damage again and I started getting fever just like before at 1-2 months gap in 2022. So after that I randomly did creatinine test and it was 8.5. So I didn't wait to long and had kidney transplant in 2023 April.

Foam in urine can suggest protein loss - as said above , see a doctor and check your urine protein.

IgA control karne ke liye protein loss kam karna hota hai. Telma and other ACE inhibitors and Angiotensin receptor blockers have proven to do this.
