Long term protein loss can cause kidney scarring and CMD in simple terms means kidney health. Best to follow up with nephrologist and keep your blood pressure in control which I am sure you are already doing.
I underwent transplant due to IgA Nephropathy in 2017 . Recently, protein was high in urine so to check it a biopsy was done which showed suspicion of ABMR and Cud (2+) to reassure HLA DSA test was also done which came negative but my doctor is concluding the recurrence of IgA Nephropathy in transplant kidney. So can it now be protected, if no how long will the transplant last ?
