Crispy Easter Leftover Cordon Bleu Sandwiches!

  • We’re taking that leftover Easter Ham to the next level with these ‪@stpierreusa‬ Brioche Burger Bun inspired Crispy Cordon Bleu Sandwiches!
    Let’s start out by butterflying our chicken breast’s and pounding them flat.
    We’ll set up three dredging stations. The first is flour seasoned with an all purpose seasoning. Second is three beaten eggs, and the third is Panko bread crumbs seasoned with all purpose and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Well shallow fry the breaded chicken in a cast iron pan with 350° olive oil for four minutes per side, or until all sides are golden brown. Allow the chicken bread eat to rest on a warming rack over a warm griddle while we peel the rest of the ingredients.
    Toast the @StPierreUSA Brioche Burger Buns on a medium griddle for approximately 3 minutes, until golden brown.
    Warm the ham through on a medium heat griddle for approximately 4 minutes.
    Stack ham on each chicken breast and top with a slice of Swiss Cheese. Use a dome or griddle hood to melt the cheese.
    Add the chicken breasts to the buns and top with Honey Dijon Mustard and fresh chopped Parsley.
    These turned out amazingly delicious and super crispy. Delicious way of using up some that leftover Easter Ham for sure.
