Had no idea TekTon made tool boxes, If the quality is anywhere near as good as their sockets then this is the way to go for tool storage.

These boxes are made by Rousseau (rebadged tekton) up in Canada 🍁. Probably give Snap-on a run for the money.
Once you have 30" drawers you'll never want to go back. It makes a huge difference especially for wrench racks.
I don't have large wrenches, the largest I have goes 21mm. I do need to get me larger ones for those nuts that I can't get with a ratchet and socket.
Amen that’s why the icon boxes are a failure can’t compete with a snap on 30 inch deep
I needed a 2nd box but since the icon boxes were to small I had to go with a used snap on box
@@TheMechanicj didnt you just see the Tekton having 30in deep?
Yeah but it’s not 72 wide and it’s shorter than the snap on boxes if they made it same size at snap on for 5000 I would have bought it but I went to used snap on for 3500
Good to know tekton boxes are made in Canada and use 16 gauge rather than 18 gauge steel.
Great deal compared to a Classic 55 from snap on. $3600 Tekton vs $5300 snap on
These are made by Rousseau in Canada and are better or equal to in quality to Snapon Epiq line. I have seen and tested them in person and these are top notch.
Tekton makes good stuff
Except they don’t make it lol.
@@Speed04GT just like every other company so what’s your point?
@@jamfd3s788 point is it’s not your average shity made box. Yay for RUclips trolls lol.
@@Speed04GT what? and also in this situation you would literally be the troll...
@@jamfd3s788 how am I trolling. I’m actually giving people information on these boxes instead of making a dumbass comment asking what the point. What the point of asking what the point lol?
Hello Nick. Good times. Another day in paradise:-)
Yo Nick! Cool video. I’ve had good luck with Tekton tools. Reasonably priced with decent quality, mostly made in Taiwan. You also get 10% rewards with purchases made on their website.
Very nice! I like their features on the toolboxes maybe i'll sell my snap-on for one of these lol.
Reminds me of a snap on EPIQ. Really nice boxes
Tekton , you have my attention!
Damn i can see why they are priced similar to Icon, i think is a better alternative IMO
I would rather have this then icon. But still to this day no boxes compare to snap on in terms of quality and build. Wait on the perfect deal from the snap on guy. Just got my box, that usually retails for 7299, for $3k. Deals like this you can’t pass up.
These boxes are better than Snapon my friend.
I wouldn't mind trying one of there biggest toolboxes. There two the right off I would be considered about the size no 72-84" boxes and that you can only have one drawer open at a time.
They added both wood and stainless steel top option.
Nice!
I have one of them (from the oem Rousseau) 84 inches, and they are great
I didn’t know it was called tektaun I thought it was tekton.
dude the whole 10 back is awesome 350 for tools bascially for free? sign me up however if im spending 3k on a box i gotta go with icon 72in triple bank and has a power drawer, if this was maybe 1200-1500 id buy in a heart beat
the way you say tekton 🤣
Tek Tawn lol
AWESOME boxes!!!! Like to have it in ORANGE or WHITE!
That would have been a better option than my 7022
These look great. But come talk to me when you offer intermediate and top chests.
I don’t work for tekton bro
@Lets Drift Media I figured that out. Sorry. I just don't know why Tekton doesn't make top chests.
@@Soxruleyanksdrool lol all good
Dope 🙃🍻
looks like a stanley vidmar box? stoled their designs?? or does stanley own them??
Honestly, never heard of Tekton
They make some pretty good hand tools at a fair price.
Could be my next box
Where in Canada? Great video.
In the cold part. With the black flies
I want one tekton is a great budget company
Did you get the price on the service cart?
No I did not, I am sure its on their website somewhere.
@@LetsDriftMedia after I asked I went and looked it up. $700 - $800. Ouch.
Dam a little pricey, not too crazy but Ill stick with Harbor freight, there service carts are amazing.
@@LetsDriftMedia I'm with you. I just did the stack two on top of each other thing, and I love it.
@@LetsDriftMedia Decided to go with the Husky that has the storage locker, box top & the 10 drawer version for $1434 with taxes and delivered.
Rousseau. Out of Quebec.
Only one drawer at a time, what are we kids in school?!?! That should be included upon request only
Actually a good feature to have. Say you thought you closed several drawers but didnt, once the box leans all drawers not closed will slide out and can be a disaster.
@@LetsDriftMedia I can see a disaster happening and it being a useful feature for those that may want it I'm just not convinced it's something that should be a feature on everyone and not just a feature that may be chosen
@@LetsDriftMedia If you open one drawer partially does that lock other drawers?...or does the drawer have to be fully open to cause others to lock...?
@@andrewscott8892 Blame the lawyers.
Their high quality tools all seem reasonable but when you start looking at their tool storage.. what the fuck? Haha
These aren’t your shity made horrible fright box lol.
Woah woah I have a harbor freight service cart as well as a toolbox, they are not horrible.
@@LetsDriftMedia I got to go pick up my single drawer cart today
@@LetsDriftMedia Which one do you use as a service cart? The one that has the 5 drawer version? They have some lighter ones but I feel like the 5 drawer may be too heavy to drag around but it is great for keeping the tools firm without flipping over if you put too much weight in the drawers. I have a small narrow one that has flipped one me two times with all my tools flying around. A little nick or bolt on the floor and the thing just flips when dragging it.
