The layout from the mill run and western is actually my dad's layout, but he was SO EXCITED to see it featured!!! Thank you Jimmy for making it part of your show!
Hi Jimmy, just a quick correction: the layout pics I sent in of “East Guildford” is actually Sn3.5, not OO. Yes it used typical OO (16.5mm gauge) track but the scale is 1/64 as opposed to 1/76. That helps represent narrow gauge or 3’6” that is what Western Australian trains run on. Hence our trains are a little larger than your typical OO or HO locomotives. Great to see them any way and I’m drinking Tea today, sorry not much of a coffee drinker but I do like the smell of coffee.
Very cool to see other layouts around the world. If any of them have RUclips channels, you should post them in the comments or somewhere that we could follow them as well. There were a couple that I would like to see or know more about as they progress.
Great segment enjoy your channel a lot. Not a coffee drinker diet Mountain Dew for me. Retiring in three months moving my layout up to the cottage for its new permanent home. Thanks for Wisconsin
EXCELLENT!!!! What a great way to start my Thursday morning! Beautiful work guys! Thanks for sharing your viewers work Jimmy… Folgers with a little espresso mixed in ☕️
Hey Jimmy, Australian/NZ outline layouts are usually HO, not OO. OO is mostly for UK outline. I'm from Melbourne and the local club layouts usually run HO Aussie and US outline unless I'm there, as I model mostly UK OO. Thanks for showing us some very nice viewer layouts.
Hi there you have some great videos and I have just subscribe to the Channel. But I have one question is it worth having a camber on OO/Ngauge track curves?
This is off topic but in one of your videos you spoke about a site that you are selling products out of, I think you said Esty. Well, my experience Esty is a loosing site. Every time I bought something just 3 days later they want a review, I haven't gotten the product and yet they are hounding me. Not a good way to run a business. Oh, you say I need to contact them. That is a joke, nothing and if you find their email you get no response. The one email they provided was to the seller not them. I hope you the best but with an outfit like this that treats their customers this way, I don't think they have a future.

Nice show and tell there Jimmy! - Jason
Does the guy in NZ have a channel on here for that layout? Wow!!

Tasmanians often run OO as the puffed-up scale creates a look reminiscent of Cape gauge. In QLD, though, we use HOn3.5.
Plain milk right now.

Your more than welcome to make this segment longer to be able to catchup on your backlog. I'd watch 15 min. of this easily.
I totally agree!
Over here in Michigan we concur. Sweet.
Do the layouts "Down Under" run backwards??
No, only upside down 😁 I'm from Melbourne Aus btw.
Can this happen again any time soon? 🔜
I do this once a month!
Boston Rob? Like from the Survivor TV show Boston Rob?
