Han, short circuit internally hona mushkil hai . But ho sakta hai ki pump k andar ki wiring/coil burn ho gyi ho. Agar supply dene pr halka sa vibration aa rha hai pump me then only you can repair that pump, agar vibration nhi hai to yato connection cable me khi fault ho sakta hai ya fir pump hi kharab hoga.
Yes you can try, and vinegar will not not damage the plastic, but I'm not sure about the magnet. For safe use you can dilute vinager. Thanks for your comment.

Did you felt any vibration of the pump at the time you starred the pump? If the pump is not vibrating on supply it might be the fault of coil of the pump which cannot be resolved.
Sorry you would have to change the pump. If possible you can also check if cable is good and not shorted in the middle. This could also cause no supply to motor of the pump

Mr Vaibhav, I've cleaned and scraped the scales off the magnetic portion and also the inside surface of the motor. When I'm running the motor, the impeller is just struggling to rotate and moving back and forth. Can you suggest anything for this?
The impeller is still facing some kind of blockage restricting smooth motion. Did you detached the shaft of impeller? I think that is having some blockage. Secondly if you have some vinegar just put the parts in vinegar for 7-8 hours so that the acid content could remove calcium layer. As I'm unable to physically examine the submersible pump you would have to do it yourself, just try to find the location of blockage. Thanks for watching the video. Hi, I have Symphony Hi cooli, pump is working when there is no water but it does not work when there is a water, then I found that it is water indicator related issue it's gives red light when there is water, any idea why it is behaving like that?
As per my assumption the indicator would be showing red light when there is no water.( Correct me if I'm wrong) So I think there is no issue with the indicator interrupting the supply to pump, if they would have provided a safety features that the pump should remain off when there is no water , then pump would not be working without water but as you mentioned it's working without water. As a conclusion I recommend you to clean the impeller of the pump so that it could generate more power. Due to the pressure of water pump is unable to rotate ( as calcium accumulates over the surface of the magnet inside the pump it generates negligible power) . When you clean the internal parts of pump the problem will be solved. Even I thik you could even feel the little vibration kind of thing at present when you turn you pump on in water . Exactly, BLDC would be very expensive due to ESC . There has to be some other alternative to that. Moreover synchronous motor is not possible as well due to varying speed of the spindle. I would have to search a bit more in every aspect to answer your question .
@@innovatorshub I saw a few links that were selling submersible bldc motors. But, as expected, they were expensive. Why would the spindle speed be variable?
As the synchronous motor runs at synchronous speed, a slight variations in rotor speed will cause a damage to the rotor and stator magnetic field locks hence the rotor(spindle in this case) will lead to rest position. So the speed of spindle will vary with the pressure of water level above it. Also when the pump is new, there is no calcium layer around and over the magnet of spindle so the speed is more and friction is negligible, but after few seasons of use the calcium layer around the magnet causes reduction in rotor speed so the synchronous speed can't be maintained and hence it can't work. So this motor can't be a synchronous motor.
The speed of synchronous motor is fixed. Due to the presence of permanent magnet in the rotor the rotor cannot manage to maintain the magnetic lock due to reduced magnetic field strength of rotors magnet with time and due to friction/calcium. Even if stator draws more current even at that time it can't manage to rotate the rotor at synchronous speed. See the logic is clear , the rotor of sync motor cannot run below synchronous speed. So in case the rotor is running at lower speed( as pump gets old the pressure reduce i.e. reduced speed and torque of spindle/rotor) it can't be a synchronous motor. That was approach, please share what you think regarding that. Btw i am an engineer from electrical and electronics background.

you can use diluted hcl with water it will not harm as pump is made of plastic . fill a bucket with water pour some diluted hcl in it pour the entire pump in it and start the pump acidic water will not only remove calcium layer from outside but circulation of diluted acidic water will clean every internal plastic part i have done it with my vansal motor it became as new as i purchase a new one
Actually what happens due to accumulation of calcium over the internal parts of submersible pump there is no rotation of the impeller. Due to which the pump appears to be damaged and not working. But by cleaning we can easily make that pump work again. You might think that it's not repair, but if it won't be cleaned it won't work, being truthful I accept it, it's a clickbait! It can be repaired if your pump still vibrates when switched on, when you will switch it on if a humming sound appears that means there is a chance of the pump to be repaired. My Motor is working but no pressure
You need to clean it, the calcium layer around spindle and magnet tends to increase friction. You need to clean it to get pressure.

Actually what happens due to accumulation of calcium over the internal parts of submersible pump there is no rotation of the impeller. Due to which the pump appears to be damaged and not working. But by cleaning we can easily make that pump work again.
You might think that it's not repair, but if it won't be cleaned it won't work, being truthful I accept it, it's a clickbait!
But still I consider it repair more than just cleaning.

Haan Bhai, wire cut jae to vo bhi repair ho jayga. But usme dikkat ye aaegi to water tank me electricity leak hone lagegi jisse apka cooler shock maar sakta hai.

Haan Bhai fir ho dalta hai kaam, but thode din baad current leak hone lagega. Be careful while using it.

It can be repaired if your pump still vibrates when switched on, when you will switch it on if a humming sound appears that means there is a chance of the pump to be repaired.

*Please try to clean the magnet by sand paper* because due to calcium layer sometimes pump is not able to work at high speed revolution so pump didn't works.
