اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّد وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّد وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّد وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّد كَمَا صَلَّيتَ وَبَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبرَاهِيم وَآلِ إِبرَاهِيم إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
Such huge philosophical issues answered so simply by brother Nouman, may Allah SWT accept him and reward him immensely, AmeenYaRabbilA'lameen.

I have just understood the ayah in which Allah says w e taught Adam all the names. I always thought it was the names of the creations and never thought it was names of his progeny and their characteristics subhanallah.

To qnswer his second question, it's like hunger. You get hungry you eat, then you get hungry again. It isn't that you only have to eat once in a week or month or year that it be enough. Namaz is food for the soul. ❤

Ubay ibn Ka’ab narrated: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أُكْثِرُ الصَّلَاةَ عَلَيْكَ فَكَمْ أَجْعَلُ لَكَ مِنْ صَلَاتِي؟ فَقَالَ: مَا شِئْتَ. قَالَ قُلْتُ الرُبُعَ؟ قَالَ: مَا شِئْتَ فَإِنْ زِدْتَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكَ. قُلْتُ النِّصْفَ؟ قَالَ: مَا شِئْتَ فَإِنْ زِدْتَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكَ. قَالَ قُلْتُ فَالثُّلُثَيْنِ؟ قَالَ: مَا شِئْتَ فَإِنْ زِدْتَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكَ. قُلْتُ أَجْعَلُ لَكَ صَلَاتِي كُلَّهَا؟ قَالَ: إِذًا تُكْفَى هَمَّكَ وَيُغْفَرُ لَكَ ذَنْبُكَ “ O Messenger of Allah, I frequently invoke Allah to send Selawat upon you. How much of my supplication should I devote to you (Selawat)?” He said, “You may devote as much as you wish.” When I suggested “a quarter”, he said, “Do whatever you wish, but it will be better for you if you increase it.” I suggested “a half”, he replied, “Do whatever you wish, but it will be better for you if you increase it.” I suggested “two-thirds”, he then said, “Do whatever you wish but it will be better for you if you increase it.” I said, “Shall I devote all my supplications to send Selawat upon you?” He said, “Then you will be freed from your worries and your sins will be forgiven.”
Amazing response... Adam (as) was the first of "ashraf kul mukhlukaat" : the creature made for earth and Allah SWT knew therefore that the shaitan would mislead Adam and Hawwa because they had no concept of a lie, where Iblis said "I swear upon Allah, that I am your friend".
Subhan Allah, both were sent down to the earth as enemies, for Allah SWT knows the Best
