This looks really yummy😋, nutritional and pretty easy to make. Also, I absolutely L💗VE Chickpeas!!! They are so very healthy and nutritious!!! I will have to try this someday!!!Plus, chickpeas are very versatile. Can be used as a substitute for meat &/or carbs when making a variety of pasta,🍝 sauces, this and other "meats", Hummus, and more. I put them in many types of salads, 🥗 I also really love to bake them on a baking sheet in the oven till they are golden and they become crispy crunchy like nuts. You can make these plain (but lightly coat them with oil first), OR make them flavored by 1st putting them in a large Ziploc bag (or other airtight sealable bag), then add just a very small amount of oil (just enough to coat them) and sea salt, OR your favorite dressing or marinade (if you use use a dressing or marinade, do not add the oil), OR add a bit of oil (just enough to lightly coat the chickpeas) and whatever herbs you like, you can go with sweet or savory (however if you use any types of sweeteners whether powder or crystalized or granulated or liquid, or basically anything sticky, or that become sticky when cooked, you should add double the oil or they are more likely to burn, also you will want to watch them more closely so they do not burn. Don't worry, they will still be crunchy and a bit sticky, just not burnt that way!) Put the chickpeas your chosen dressings, marinades, or oil and herbs &/or sweeteners in a large airtight sealed bag close it almost completely only enough space for you to completely blow it up, like a balloon🎈 and very quickly seal the last bit of space before the air leaks out then have some fun while you're at it and shake them up really good in the bag for a while then dump onto a large baking sheet spread them aroused so that they aren't too close. Then roast them in the oven, watching them closely, taking them out of the oven to toss them around a bit on the baking sheet so they toast all around them evenly again spread them so they aren't too close to each other before returning them to the oven. They actually cook very quickly, this is why you cannot step away! They smell amazing as they are being roasted (and after) when roasted fully light-medium browned to crisp, remove them from the oven and place them in a dish. Let cool and either way them on their own when still warm or when fully cooled. They can be added to salads 🥗 - they make an excellent, healthier and more protein powered substitute for croutons. They sweet types can be added to trail mixes or various deserts and much more! There are soooooo many more uses for chickpeas!!! So not put in refrigerator or freezer, they become soft and completely lose their crunch.😕 Instead, put any leftovers (if there are any) in sealed containers and keep at room temperature. Only when at room temperature can they be put in plastic baggies. I personally find that putting them into small PAPER bags, as opposed to in plastic bags for on the go, provides the best quality of maintaining the crunch factor! I strongly encourage you all to try to make these too! They really are super quick and easy to make and super yummy too!!!😋 Try it and find out for yourself. Let me know what you think if you do.

Petite astuce : Achetez une boîte de pois chiches...récupérez le jus .. Montez les en neige (comme les blancs d'oeufs). Bien pour faire la mousse au chocolat et super pour ceux qui sont allergiques aux oeufs. On peut faire pas mal de choses avec cette méthode. Merci pour cette vidéo. 🙏
