14:44 Leetu (Or LE-2) was one of the very first Astartes ever created by The Emperor. His name is meant to be a little Easter Egg to a Space Marine miniature released back in 1985, with the LE-2 being short for "Limited Edition 2", this mini came before 1st edition making it one of the very first Space Marine miniatures ever made for 40k, which is also mirrored in the lore. Leetu was one of the first truly successful examples of an Astartes, coming from the very gene-stocks of The Emperor and Erda, as a result of this Leetu considered both Big E and Erda to be his parents, but overall his loyalties lay with Erda and he would accompany her after she helped scatter the Primarchs throughout the warp and then went into exile, Leetu would protect her up until the Horus Heresy where he would go to Terra in order to try and stop The Emperor from ascending to the Dark King alongside Ollanius Persson and John Gramaticus, who were also mentioned in this video. Leetu would join the Emperor alongside Garviel Loken of the Luna Wolves and Caecaltus Dusk of the Custodes in battling Horus onboard his flagship, the Vengeful Spirit, however all except Big E were obviously not a match for Chaos-roided Horus so Leetu would instead defend the corpse of Sanguinius from Daemons who seeked to devour the cadaver of the fallen Primarch, after this, Leetu helped break The Emperor off of the throne that Horus nailed his broken body to, before being discovered by Horus and getting thrown into the very warp itself, where he was face-to-face with all 4 God of Chaos. Leetu would survive this as the Gods recoiled away following The Emperor's victory over Horus and would then convince Rogal Dorn, Primarch of the Imperial Fists and Constantine Valdor, Captain General of the Custodes that Big E could be saved by being placed upon the Golden Throne, meaning without Leetu, Big E would not have been able to save Terra and humanity from collapsing following the Heresy. Personally, I think Leetu is a really cool character and a nice nod to the original miniature from 1985, I share Majorkill's sentiment of hoping he gets featured in the books of the Great Scouring that will most likely be made in the future.
If you think that Vulkan is merely on a 9000 year vacation while humanity dying and they could need his help Then that just destroy his character up to that point, since he hasn't show up he is either died trap or doing something
