I was the local arcade king back in the 90s. Nobody can beat me in the legit SF2. People would line up to try and beat me. Those were fun times. There was a machine with kind of SF2 and that is where the players I defeat go and play so they can feel good again.

I always liked to play against the cpu because there's few chances to lose.
Doesnt the sound and music remind you of your favourite arcade game parlour back in the 90s. Golden era. In this edition i always chose zangief. That would invisibley tombstone any challenger through a hundred stages, finishing them with one move. Classic.

The game is broken, and all the characters have their speed increased (not only Bison)... Moreover akk the attacks of CPU-controlled opponents take precedence over player-controlled character attacks.

Probably you played another hack of SFII Champion Edition. This hack was never released on ARCADEs because was made back in 2012.
