He was talking about fake air vents and points out the blank air vent on one of the sides of the car. But isn’t that blank a fake air scoop? Isn’t that as bad?
@saulespino2510 There are apertures on either side of the car that direct air to the rear brakes. These are functional. In addition, the left side of the car has an additional aperture for the oil cooler. The right side of the car does not have this aperture and is instead just closed off. They could've put a fake one there that wouldn't have served any purpose but they didn't and I appreciate that. On another note, you see an Urus and an R8 today and, plastic honeycomb vents everywhere that serve nothing but aesthetics. Hope this clarifies a bit better 🙏🏼
The level of work and editing that comes from this team is sensational. It doesn't look like a mashup of scenes but rather carefully thought out and organized. Terrific in every sense of the word!
Personal Opinion: This was Lamborghini at its peak. An amazing successor to the Diablo and such a beautiful design. Haven't felt the same about anything after this from Lamborghini.
Wow! As a fellow car enthusiast, and god willing future lamborghini owner. This piece was absolutely amazing, the brutal refreshing honesty and the love for the brand and the drive and the flaws was just uncanny. This model in particular is what I want. Just stunning. Congratulations to the owner enjoy my friend!
To me the murcie was and still is the best looking lambo since the countach stopped production. Some huracan model's come kinda close. But the murcie imo will age just as well as the countach has. 👍🏻
This was my favorite car in Need for Speed, Test Drive Unlimted and even midnight club. I'm happy to see an owner truly enjoy the merits of his hardwork with my childhood dream car.
This means a lot coming from one of my favorite car youtubers out there. Your reviews, camera work, and honesty make you one of the best and most trusted in the field, for me.
Moved to tears, utterly beautiful documentary of a marvelous car. Really happy you’re living the dream, ill soon join you living my own dream owning one too 🤞🏾
One of the best car videos on RUclips hands down. The v12 engine notes coupled with the owner’s knowledge of the brand truly makes this special to watch.
Interesting perspective. Some I agree with, some I differ. Always fascinating to see how different the meaning of the same car can be to different individuals. Cool way to end the video with a silent montage. I appreciate the art style of this video. Sophisticated, not 12 year old hyper dopamine stuff like I’m used to
One of the best jokes I've heard is, "Do you know what a man's fears are? When the car makes strange noises and when a woman doesn't make any noise." 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The way this guy feels about his Lamborghini is the same way I feel about my Lightning. When you get to own your dream vehicle it's one of the best feelings & expericence ever.
That was great. I never thought of it that way and probably never would have unless I had watched this vid. The car’s success. What a reversal of roles
@@sublimechimp absolutely right. Ever since, I have looked at cars and bikes differently. Now I don't wanna own a car just because I like it. I am gonna wait for the moment "this is the car".
From an Italian guy that will most probably never be able to drive a car like that: THANK YOU. Your passion for this car, its engine and its true self is 100% on par with the passion that we all have for everything that is motor-related. The way you look at your car truly represents the pure emotions that we all aim at sparking with everything we put in our craft, regardless of what it is: car, bikes, food, wine, tailoring, whatever. Emotions are EVERYTHING, and you kind sir are living it fully, so thank you for your emotions and your passion!!
I think it’s the most beautiful car ever made, it’s so original, the perfect supercar, from the first time I saw those headlights I was like wow this is the new shit! This car lead the next generation of not just Lamborghini but supercars, You can look at it all day. Of course the countach is the holy grail but if I had to choose between the two, I’d go for the exact black lp 640 roadster, not an sv or anything else, just a black lp 640 roadster, I remember I was in the westend one summer and I was chatting to a guy who just picked up a brand new black lp640 coupe after part exchanging his yellow Murcielago 6.2 coupe, I could only imagine he must’ve felt like the kid who had the best ever Christmas present and all other kids wanted a go of it, like absolutely buzzing the guy was, and understandably. One day I’ll have one.
At the age of 16, I won an automotive styling contest sponsored by Fisher Body and General Motors. I have since invented new products, new technology and a consumer product used as an example in universities epitomizing the era of minimalism. At the age of 71, It is plain to me that there is only one Murcialago. Everything else is a distant second. Nothing makes me feel the way I do when I see a Murcialgo. Nothing even comes close. It is a most sophisticated composition I hope to purchase one day.
As a watch collector myself, I must echo that the owner emits the utmost of taste and quality, yet clearly has no desire for recognition (wants to put the car in his living room to admire). Today, it's saddening to see the association of Lamborghini with flashy social media posts and the "I made it" Rolex and Audemars on the wrists; yet with zero knowledge or true passion. The mere mention of F.P.Journe tells me that this owner is simply appreciating the finest things for his own self. F.P.Journe is clearly for those in the know. Everything he enjoys has to have a connection to him and that's truly rare and enlightening. Bravo on capturing his emotions in this video! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Congratulations Project 1! You've given us, the viewers, a channel that is unlike any other. A feast for those who love not just the objects, but the stories behind them!!!! The way it was shot and edited is remarkable. Every single shot is a work of art , your team totally nailed it with their incredible skills ! Exceptional work ! 👏🏻👏🏻
This is the best Murcielago video i have ever seen. Gave me the experience of being present behind the wheel. Cinematography & sound, just wow! (This has been my dream car ever since i was little, thank you for this.)
Completely agree with the approach to the dream and its realization described here. For me, it was a Maserati GT. I now have my dream car and I also pinch myself sometimes when admiring it parked and when hearing its glorious sound track. Great video, thank you
Haha! It's so incredibly underrated and I think as more people start to experience a DCT, they will slowly be drawn to the shockwaves of the old school single clutch.
@@TheMurciGuy those things are raw. It’s a rush, that small pause you have to get your mind back together after you just blasted through the revs and the brutal engagement. Definitely not for City kind of drivers.
Absolutely timeless design and the best Lambo in my opinion. The other big V12’s are cool but not as timeless as the Murci and the engine note is perfected in this iteration. The Aventador is too Audi, too mass produced.
My dads really good friend had an all gold Mercy, let us borrow it for like 3-4 months, I was too young to realize how crazy a Mercy was. Now that I look back it is pretty crazy to me. It was such a cool car, loved how it sounded.
I freaking love the explanation on why he got an e-gear. But over all the story is great and I’m happy people appreciate these works of arts like this. My dream would be to have a red Diablo SV
Buy what you like! Reality is the desirability of the stick is due to the rarity. The rarity is due to the fact that when this car was new, the stick was highly undesirable. The e-gear wasn't even a standard option, it was specifically paid for and requested. 😉😅
Love the film making, just like petroliscious! Only thing I disagree with here is the drivers words at the beginning, "Check the weather, make sure it won't rain" "choose your roads". Hell if I had a Pre LP640 Or an LP640 despite Roadster/coupe. I wouldn't care about the weather, I wouldn't care about the road. Just get out & drive it! Would be intoxicating every time you opened that door.
Thank you algorithm for putting this video on my feed. Absolute masterpiece of a video! It blended my love for Lamborghini and watches perfectly. Definitely subscribed! The rolling shots were perfection catching perfect angles that shows how beautiful Murcielago is 🖤
In my opinion, the first 5 minutes of this car review are the best I have ever seen. I appreciate seeing what it's like to sit in the car, how many annoying beeps it makes, and how it sounds when starting up. The way he speaks about the design. The quirks. And all of this put together with beautiful imagery.
I really like how this guy is thinking about the car, how he sees the beauty in "less beautiful" things, which make the car even more characteristic and desirable. Happy for him and hope he will have many good years with his car and enjoying it
Lamborghini Murcielargo is still my dream car. I will surely own one at some point. It's the most beautiful Lambo ever. Compared to the current Reveulto which in my opinion is over-designed.
