My wife and I rode to Italy this year, it is a fantastic place, beautiful roads, food and people. Can't wait to get back there. Loving this journey and great to have you back.
Couldn't agree more! The scenery is beautiful but I find the more south you get of Italy the worse the driving gets 😂 it can be quite scary on a bike! Any trips this year?
@@MotoWaifu Got into an accident a little bit over 3 months ago, handlebar snapped, mirror snapped, and gear shifter got bent backwards I tried everything to fix it, and I have but the bar that holds the gear shifter keeps falling off so I need to get it welded on, it sucks atm
@ I’ve moved from general manager of one of the group companies to a central procurement role, they are funding me through various qualifications which have taken a lot of my time up over the last few months, but all should be worth it in the end.
Merry Christmas YAY we're back with more travel video's!!! Congratulations on your new job. Last time I commented I was hesitating between getting a Himalayan 450 or the MT-07. Now I'm a proud owner of a Himalayan 450 and i've driven around 7500 miles in 6 months! You and other biker video's have made me want to ride and it's the best decision i've made in ages, I've driven from the Netherlands to Serbia, and also driven to Dublin and the Isle of man with it. Thank you for your video's and the price breakdowns, they helped me with planning (and then I went over my budget, but that's life) .
Oh my gosh that’s AWESOME, you’ve done sooo much!! Where have you been on it? You know me and the Himalayan have a long history of falling out… every time I’ve rode one I’ve crashed it 😂 we have a toxic relationship, but we keep going back to eachother. I’m so happy you’ve mentioned the pricing, I didn’t know if anyone found it useful or even watched that far but, just because you’ve said that I will continue doing it! When I started riding I put off all these big trips because I feared it cost £1000s and I always wished someone laid it out simply for me. Merry Christmas to you and have an awesome new year! Thanks again for commenting 🎉
@@MotoWaifu I've also crashed with my Himalayan as well, so it isn't just you and the Himalayan 🤣 The bike and I are fine and I still ride it. Also the delirium part of the video I can totally relate to now that I've done a solo tour as well 🤣🤣 I might plan a trip to the Dolomites next year or the year after.
Congratulations on your new job. I really enjoyed your riding through the Dolomites. I am looking forward to your next day of travelling to meet your boyfriend. Hopefully, you will catch up with your scheduled ride. The route that I watched you took looks truly amazing. I would really like to travel myself. I have Triumph Tiger Sports 660, called Tigger. I have an accident 9 weeks ago I was rear-ended by van that was uninsured, plus he ran away from the scenehe caused, clearlybecausehis van was uninsuredandno MOT. I have recently had my bike back after being rebuild, but was close to being a write-off. I really like watching bikers like yourself going on these truly amazing trips. I will need to work for a while. The bike accident has cost £3,000. Thank you and yes you are an inspiration. I will need to look into the insurance and other logistics of travelling abroad. Enjoy and stay safe.
Hey! Thank you so much for watching and also commenting, I really appreciate it :) yes, the next one will be out soon - just working on it now. The route through the Dolomites was incredible but it doesn't come close to riding further East :) If you haven't travelled long distance before, what is it that's stopping you? Ah Tigger is such a fun name for a Tiger! a mouthful to say though haha, Tigger the Triumph Tiger, try that after a few beers! :P I'm so sorry to hear of your crash, sounds awful, hoping you get it sorted.
I really enjoyed this episode. Despite the fog, and lack of shampoo you really stayed upbeat and I loved how excited you were about the scenery. I can’t wait to one ride to Italy! Great job with the editing too, i know how time consuming it is! 😁🙌
Hey Phil! Thanks for watching, as always ❤ and thanks for your compliment on the editing, I still have a lot to learn to call myself a professional haha, but I’m working hard at it! 🎉❤
Haha there’s no bad weather only bad clothing 😝 get yourself out there! I used to stick a hot water bottle in my jacket on the colder days. (Some would argue it’s not safe) - but still, it’s super cosy! 😂🎉
i fucking love your videos and energy, got my license for motorcycle in nov and i can t wait after seeing your trip so far to do the same, you inspire me to try harder, hope you ll contiune and never lose your spark
Waifu back with another 🔥banger! Look forward to the next and here's wishing you a very happy new year and hopefully 2025 brings happiness, more bike trips, continued health and Arsenal the bloody title finally lol! 😅
There's plenty of luggage space on the back of your 07 for two people - even for camping in three weeks. My girlfriend and I tried it several times in the seventies on my Suzuki GT550. I find it much more enjoyable than riding solo and you still get to speak with people.
again respect ! :) ... question, what is that on the gloves, like a switch or something ? .. and I'm sorry that the camera can't show what nature is really like because I think that feeling is like 2-3 times nicer :) ..maybe drone is for that the best..well keep going and good luck out there on the road 👍
I’m wearing heated gloves 😊 so the switch you see is a button, it does three heat settings. They’re really useful but I didn’t have them plugged in in this video 😊
I'm planning on doing my first motorcycle trip this July and wondered if you could do a video on all the luggage and things you needed for the trip if you get the time, thanks.
Hey! I'll make a note and do my best - it may be a short (on tiktok or instagram) rather than a long video on here - but regardless, keep your eyes out incase! :)
Get a legal exhaust system. Roads are being periodically closed for motorcycles in Germany because of riders like you with loud motorcycles. Skipping red lights doesn't improve things either. You and Dan are cat persons and because of that we still love you. We would like to hear more about your cats. They seem to travel solo in motor vehicles as much as you do.
Whaaat wow❤ thats a lot😅. Never know this bike could drive so many miles👌 respect. Mine has driven 9.000 miles so far😅 (mt07 night/fluo version) im never gonna sell it😎
