    Guys, I had booked the CB350 anniversary edition a few weeks back and intended to get it on Christmas.
    I did a close inspection of the bike before RTO registration and there was rust on each and every joint where there is welding.
    The integrity of the bike and overall quality is definitely compromised because the part holding the entire machine together has rust! It's a brand new bike which has not been taken out of the showroom at all.
    Right now I'm awaiting the sales manager's response to this, and depending on his response, let's see how to take this forward. It's going to be a deal breaker if not rectified satisfactorily.
    What really shocks me is that this was not checked in the pre-delivery inspection, or through the multiple layers of quality control that a manufacturer like Honda is supposed to have.

    • @Motoccino
      @Motoccino 3 года назад +3

      I saw the video you are referring to - I think by Ambarsariya. After that, both of us have kept a close watch, and all is good. We did actually discuss why that might have happened with him - one guess is that he could have really pushed the bike hard (much harder than what we would have) - otherwise there is no reason for such a thing to happen.
      We both have 1000km on our bikes and the pipes are super clean and all good.
      Re: Meteor, there is no best answe really as both seem to be competing neck and neck in literally every single commuter and tourer segment parameters. Clutch on the CB is feather light and I really dont think any bike can match up. Most times, I dont even notice the clutch presses - its that good!

Highness is in nascent stage of success with more bikes consuming road space ,there will be army of accessories. Horn / turn indictor switching is common in high-end Japanese bikes . In future some body could make switch gear direct fit . SEAT should had been longer yes , 2 big people should easily seat on it .

    How do guys Kenny here from Merlin Oregon USA I could add that it's pretty good video is on it. Of course but we need to see more more crazy critique on suspension compliance way to the bike how much weight is a pig and a Taurus rear brake it's a disc right you didn't even can you really tell her I said what's the disk so what you need to do is is it's basically a fault of the friction pads and the rotor itself if you can find are you guys are great fabricators in machinist and India love your work we don't have any of that over here anymore with the young people it's just totally removed from schools and we got a bunch of drones to her but anyway you need to cash out and rotor disc rotor like an automobile uses a cast-iron rotor although they are ventilated just need to be ventilated but somebody you know Ken machine a cast-iron dish with loader for it keep a sickness up on it will make us and don't make any don't drill holes in it for you drill holes in it do not transfer them to a chance for the holes in a ventilated just put a solid disk cast-iron it's me and I type ductile cast iron furnace without a very strong and it is the coefficient of friction is much better than the steels' that they use on Hondas and whatnot that will not rust on the showroom floor then you look into a pad material is compare comparable for the cast iron rotor you don't go to aggressive with it delete it up also then you want to go ahead and put some Peter stainless steel braided cables or hoses they're good quality wants to join expand or you can Hardline it hardliners as far as you can possibly with a with a allowance for Flex at the swingarm pivot and at the end caliper bracket in my opinion a good writer experienced writer an extra Rider like myself should should be able to lock up the rear wheel without too much trouble just because that's the way we can I watch them every once in a great while to see if certain situation you may you may need to do that but it's very rare but it's just one of those things you should you should have full control over the brakes and you should have full braking power disc brake is capable of because of the size of their dumbing-down the brake on it that's just like you guys get a lot of rain and what not but I assure you you ride that a lot you keep flowers fresh fresh good tires but keep up the good work listing working teak on the technical aspects power delivery and the suspension compliance Etc one file technical point when it comes to just about the most important maintenance item on the bike is rear drive chain and I see a lot of riders now making 2 Chainz be very tight mechanically type if you cannot do it destroys things and it could actually kill you so you want to emphasize that changed correctly adjusting and if you have longer shocks on the back or different suspension setting it available near the factory manufacturing many will tell you the correct amount of slack is always with the three actions to align Cleveland County Sheriff's Rocket Center Line rear axle Centerline with windows are in a straight line which you can do by ratcheting down the rear suspension and whatever with those in a straight line you need to have Slack Key was there that's the tightest point of of chain you don't want to type train anywhere it'll Rob horsepower it makes clutch is slipping to wear sprockets out and I've seen it break off a counter sprocket shaft so are you are you go some people get to get crazy cuz of change got is slapping a little bit. Slacking it well better off to have a little bit too much slack than done because take a look at some slow motion videos of the MotoGP bikes going around in turn you'll see great amount of slack in the chain on the bottom right because it has to have slack any engineering data can tell you that a roller drive chain assembly must never be running in a physically / mechanically tight situation to remove slack is okay they do not make mechanically tight enough to cause an issue

      1st and 2nd is par on meteor or better. Not gonna feel tall. But 3rd and 4th is quite tall. And 5th does nothing. But can pull on 3rd gear in 23kmph. You can go 5th in 55kmph if you are not overtaking.

    Completely agree with the too much chrome. Not everyone is looking for chrome. Triumph RE Jawa all are having an option of going with the non chrome version.
