if anyone still having that problem just change the time zone t o west africa or anything cause when i changed the time zone and restarted my pc it worked, i hope its helpful

@@cobragaming8644 trust me, I had alot of friends that had the problem and I did have it, I restarted windows 6 times in 1 day and still this problem showing of, and I found out that the problem was from windows update and especially the time zone, I don't know why but it was from there so I suggest you do it if it didn't then restart your windows or buy one it's alot better
