Thank you so much. I just purchased this converter and was not sure how to adjust the frame centering. Very helpful
Glad I could help
Very good report on this machine. I will be buying it. Thank you for your quick but well done video! It helps a lot in my decision!
Glad to know, that I was able to help - thanks for the positive feedback! 💖
Great video. Thanks. Thinking of buying one.
Glad I could help and yes - it's worth buying
Very good video! Thank you!
Thank you my friend! 👍
well done
The user manual title lacks the letter "L" en "MANUAL". Makes me think about the quality control here
Definitely no quality control in most Chinese instruction's manuals ...
I purchased - and my 8mm reels seem to be in a negative output. How do i convert to getting a normal image?
There's some setting in the scanner for that ... maybe you activated it by accident
How do you know when card gets full? Thanks
Probably it will throw an error. Just move the videos to your PC after every scan and you shouldn't have any problem with a 32GB card
I am trying to use it right now to develop some 8MM film, but when I load it up into the gate, none of the footage or frames show up on the screen, I can’t see any of the material. I tried to adjust all the settings and still couldn’t see anything. I scanned it all the way through just in case and when I watched playback on my computer, all of the footage was a single color with none of the footage. Any idea why this might be happening?
ooooooooops ... really weird. maybe something broken? did you do exactly like I did in the video?
Im having a problem where the display is showing the image properly, but when I watch the SD card either in display or on PC the footage rolls up and down. I can record fine on some super 8 and others it rolls........ Any suggestions?
Sounds like a 'skipping' problem. I had this with other scanners, but I think not with this one ....
Usb just uploads finished file?
Mine had just the SD card but from there you can do whatever you want with the MP4 ... it's a normal video file ;-))
I noticed you holding up a 7 inch reel and suggesting it would fit no problem. Are you sure? The listing says for 3 & 5" reels. But, one of the pictures also seems to suggest that it would accomodate 7 inch reels. I'm confused. Can you absolutely confirm that this will work with 7 inch reels because that's what I mostly have.
Unfortunately they change the listing all the time (for whatever reason ...). I really don't know what's going on and what's the idea behind, but it makes it super complicated to give clear advice, but it's very important to buy the larger version with the swiveling reel holder on the left side.
@@allcheckout --- I initially purchased the smaller unit on Amazon but cancelled it a few hours later and ordered the bigger one after researching the differences some more, thanks for your contribution.
I can't wait to try it out. All those movies, and we have a lot of them, my father was one of those rare enthusiasts. And now, I can take the digital form and do all kinds of creative stuff with it.
@@NorthTonawanda1 Awesome - thanks for the nice feedback and I really hope it will work to bring all these great memories back 🙏🙏
How do I know when the SD card is full?
Probably it will throw an error message, but I never had that. I always transfer the videos to my PC after scanning a few videos
what about the sound ????
There's no sound recording in this class of digitizers
@@allcheckout which class has sound recording ??
