Thank you for this, well covered and explained. I am working on acceptance and pacing, and not to "rush and crash".

My experience has not been linear - sometimes I will crash for mysterious reasons. This might be different for you! But if you do have a period of fatigue after a period of feeling good, it's not a moral failing. 😊 Hang in there!!

@@lornacy perhaps, a ingredient in the acetylcholine or dopaminergic transport chain got used up, and needs to be replenished. This might/could explain a crash for no apparent reason.

@@randallhesse5011 Good avenue of exploration! I've told many doctors, "it's like my carburator is stuck." Thank you for this nugget!!

@@lornacy your welcome, as for me, I never seem to be able to get anything going at all. Not even a start of anything. For me, I think maybe, it may be a mitochondrial thing. I may need some mitochondria autophagy to function better. I may need PQQ, or methylene blue, or something like that.

Is it possible that some people need more stimulation in order to feel energized? That is, sitting at a desk all day will wear them out because they are meant to move? There are so many variables to this condition it is never just one. Anyone remember having more energy before Covid?

I find digestion is a energy draining task. So, by default, I intermittent fast. It keeps me from sleeping to much of the day away.

This totally shows how true it is that we have to manage our own conditions.
It's interesting how individual each response is. Personally, I find I have to eat regular small meals and snacks. Fasting will trigger or worsen a fatigue episode for me. Self knowledge is key!

@@Yathinaj I still feel fatigue. It has been many years. Sometimes I feel better and sometimes I feel worse. Fasting always makes me worse.
Even though I get tired a lot, I have a good life. I have learned to do less, and focus on the things that keep me healthy and happy. I hope you recover completely. It's very hard and scary when you can't do the things you used to do.
      I hope that answer helps.
