When I lived I Redondo my crew were skating down at the pier and Henry drove up in his Pathfinder and asked if he could skate with us. We started doing tricks over a bike rack and he proceeded to rifle out about 20 tricks. I think we were all secretly geeking out but kept it cool. He was super cool, kinda quiet. But in those days the day of getting together just b/c you skated were over. So for him to just come up and skate with us was truly special. Honest, up front guy. Fuck Rocco.

You guys do a great job at empathizing with the guest. You pull the info and push the questions you don’t just settle for the first answer. Some people that come from the sport and interview allow the guest to bs answers sometimes. Appreciate you going a bit deeper and getting more out of him and your guest on the other clips and episodes I’ve watched. Born 84 grew up on Long Island out in EH. Skating was all we had in our little town.
Henry’s part in Sight Unseen (every one of his parts) was ridiculous! He’s always had the best style and the trick selection as well.
With the contribution Henry made to skating in the 90's, it should be impossible for him to ever be almost homeless
