At 17:39....It's Maiden's Tower. Right outside Instanbul. Same building appeared in From Russia With Love: the only other series' entry with a female main villain.
I thought for some time that a casino would be a great place to incorporate some of Ken Adams’ designs into a theme hotel. Of course it would have entertainment, such as a stunt show that would have some scenes borrowed from various Bond movies. It shouldn’t have to be said, but it could only be called “Casino Royale”

I always loved the Stealth Boat from TND when I was younger. Closely followed by Stromberg's tanker... Perhaps I just loved the mass shoot outs as a kid ?
What about the small island housing a large, active volcano with Dr. Evil's face carved into the side of it, the pupils acting as windows with the interior containing a squad of evil-doers' meeting room.
I just noticed that Bond probably kills hundreds of service employees in each movie. Like, those guest rooms? Surely they have room service. Also "Riots in Paris"? Is that really news worthy?
I'm surprised you picked the missile train and not the satellite control from Goldeneye. I mean I guess he 'lived' in the train, but.. The control center seemed more 'main lair' like to me
Now 1 million dollars will buy you a knock down in San Francisco. The early Bond films has such attention to detail. The last 15 Bond movies had great chase scenes but no memorable villains or villain lairs.
